I requested a cancellation for this gym and got charged for November i understand this charge you have to give a 30 day noticed. But charged AGAIN in December unacceptable. Period. I spoke to someone in the morning the receptionist claimed oh no problem we will give you a refund and now I'm being told no you will not be given a refund. Very disappointing and unacceptable. Women's restroom has an ant problem (I won't even put my gym bag on the floor in the changing stall - they're crawling all over the place), there's been glitter on the changing stall floor for almost 2 weeks now, and the hand dryer has been broken since at least late December. The machines are filthy (there are noticeable streaks of unknown spillage/sweat that have never been wiped away on machines for weeks), and 3 of the TV's are broken and have been for some time. Additionally, it's my understanding that there are 3 basic rules at planet fitness (with signage supporting all through the gym): 1. Cell Phone conversations only in lobby 2. No gym bags on the floor 3. Wipe down machines after use I regularly observe ALL of the above being violated and no one seems to care. Yesterday someone was having a work meeting on speaker while on the elliptical, there's a regular who leaves all of her personal belongings to "reserve" an elliptical, then proceeds to visit all the weight machines and just leaves her items elsewhere, and I regularly observe people use a machine and just walk away without wiping anything down :( EWW It never used to be like this, so I wonder if the rules are not being clearly explained or enforced by staff. Based on cleanliness alone (or lack thereof) management clearly doesn't seem to care. I'm now currently looking at visiting one of the other nearby locations or switching gyms altogether.

They don't have the AI machines that the other locations have but I never really was motivated to learn how to use them. Just seemed like a hassle when I can just get the same workout on some other machine despite it not being able to track my progress like the AI ones that they don't have. Plenty of parking. the gym is very spacious. Never really have to wait for equipment but i always got there pretty early around 5am before work so I'm not sure what its like in the afternoon or on weekends. Also everyone that works out here all seem to be very pleasant to be around. Most just keep to themselves but dont seem to be disruptive in any manner, Not many cons to speak of. I did have 1 personal trainer. I thought she was great with correcting my form but I don't think she pushed me hard enough. That's probably my only real criticism. Also I noticed doors on the lockers seem to get unhinged frequently which is kind of an eyesore. Not sure who's breaking them regularly. But overall it's a very nice gym that has more equipment than you'll ever need,

With 19 clay courts and many coaches, there's lots of opportunity for both adults and kids to learn and play tennis. The 25 yard pool is decent, but despratley needs a resurfacing. It is managed by https://www.swimsrq.com/ and offers swimming lessons for four mounts and up, according to thier website. The gym is functional and a good place to work out. It has all the equipment you would find in a regular gym, and it is almost always empty. The restraunt with a bar is good too. Would reccomend this club for children of any age and pets are welcome too. As of writing this, this club is growing faster than ever! They still have lots of repairs/work to do to it, but I would definitley reccomend checking it out!
