Endurance will find any reason not to pay the claim. I had a rear suspension issue and took my car in to the shop. One shock was broken, the other needed replacing. Endurance denied the claim. I arranged an interest free payment plan with the shop to get the work done, then called Endurance to ask why it was denied. The lady I spoke with told me that because the one shock was broken, they do not cover that. The other had some rust on it, so they consider it damage, and do not cover that either. I immediately asked to cancel my plan. I was transferred to a guy who desperately tried to get me to keep the plan. I started recording the call a few minutes in, because something told me it would get interesting. I was not disappointed. He kept telling me that it would pay off in the end. I told him I needed the money I was giving Endurance to pay for the repairs they won't cover. He also tried to claim that the claim was not denied. I asked him what he would call it, and he said damage. I asked again, that since I put in a claim, what was their decision called? It's like a yes or no question. Either they approve or deny a claim, there is no other option. He finally slipped up as he was giving me more runaround and said the word "denied." I pointed it out to him. He spent close to 30 minutes trying to get me to keep my plan. Talking to me about how the rust on my shocks was a freak occurrence, asking me if I drove on country roads with a lot of rocks, stuff like that. I finally just started repeating the word "cancel" to get my point across. He started telling me about how much money Endurance had paid out in claims to people last year, I said that was all well and good for them, but they aren't paying my claim. He then kept offering me discounts and to be able to skip next month's payment. I told him the only way I would keep this plan is if it cost me zero dollars. Of course, he couldn't do that for me, so he finally said he would process my cancellation. He kept talking, so I had to ask him if the computer was doing something, or if he was just talking to hear himself talk. He told me I would get an email with a form to fill out to cancel the plan. Of course it ended up in my spam folder. And of course it requires a notary, which he never mentioned. I am perfectly willing to pay for the cost of a notary to never send another dime to Endurance again. Oh, and they only give 4 check box options for why you are cancelling the plan on the form. I will be adding a handwritten reason to get my point across. read more

Thus feels like a scam. They make it very difficult to communicate with the business. Extremely difficult to cancel! Very disappointing

My car has been sitting at the shop for 37 days because Endurance Warranty Services is forcing unvalidated aftermarket lower control arms onto my suspension under claim C-81412. They are deliberately withholding active claim terms by refusing to put their proposed alternative part numbers or cost sheets in writing. Both my dealer, Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North, and my licensed auto shop state it is unsafe to install anything but new OEM manufacturer-tested parts on this vehicle. I cancelled my contract with Endurance. I faxed the required paperwork to them to cancel my service in August 2026. I was supposed to receive a prorated refund. I have not received my refund so I call their customer service today. The Agent never submitted the request for my refund. The agent by the name of Dazhane submitted the request today 9-15-2026. The agent was rude and did not allow me to speak with management to file a complaint. I will not receive my refund until October 6, 2026 according to the agent I spoke with. DO NOT get this warranty, it doesn't cover anything. I got this Dec. 2025. You must reach a certain mileage and a waiting period after you receive the contract. Basically, your car must have regular maintenance. If your car grease coming out brake, or a blow out on the CV joint or anything else. Endurance doesn't email to notify you are denied. You hear it from the repair company. If you call to see why denied from Endurance customer care and sales Endurance states it was in the contract. I took my car to Subaru dealer April 2026. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They are nothing but a scam operating as a "warranty" company. After paying them over $2,000, I discovered my engine needed replacement. They denied the claim. When I inquired, they told me that I had used the wrong type of oil in my engine. I asked what type they thought that I had used and the response was 5w20. That is exactly what Ford Motor Company says to use. The oil had been changed in a timely fashion. I asked for a copy of the "oil analysis report" they claimed to be referencing and they refused. The representative also told me I had missed one of my services. When I asked which one, she could not give me that inforfmation. I inquired from the dealer where the engine problem had been discovered and they told me that Endurance had told them I had an air filter that had not been changed. These have no dates on them. I checked and FMC says change every 30,000 miles. It had only been 20,000 since the filter had been changed. I have asked for them to have someone review this case and after 3 phone calls, each time I was assured that someone would get back to me and after one month, no one has. I am done with this outfit. If they are the number one, then the entire industry is in trouble. read more

Hello everyone! Warning! Endurance warranty is a scam and needs to be investigated immediately. I was sold the concept that everything on my car would be covered in case something malfunctioned. I was sold the concept that my policy would immediately go into effect after 30 days and 1,200 milage. That no prior damage would be covered or no prexisting issues covered. Promised to fix my car if anything new arose. Complaint: 1.Prior to purchasing the Endurance warranty my car had a four point inspection done by Nissan. 2. There was an existing issue with the axel joint. Noted. 3. Everything else passed. 4. Purchased the Endurance warranty after the inspection. 5. The day my warranty went into effect the radiator went out. 6. Took it to Nissan. 7. Nissan mechanic inspected the car and called Endurance. 8. Per Mechanic- Endurance immediately was offensive began to argue everything to avoid any claims done on my policy. Said the plan is too new. All the paper needs to be exact with receipts and inspections or the claim is refused. They would not fix the axel. The cost for new hoses or wires or anything extra is not covered. After the mechanic argued with Endurance on 3 separate calls. Endurance said everything on the car is pre existing and nothing is covered unless is replaced AFTER the policy goes into effect. The mechanic said that is not what your policy and contract agreed to. Endurance hung up. I called the adjuster told me "Your car has over 100,000. Endurance does not cover pre-existing issues. That means if you pay and fix your own radiator, we will cover it because it's new." But the items on your car are not covered because they're too old." I said "So everything on my car is pre-existing because is old?" Endurance said "Your car is too old." The cancelation was emailed having me to get it notarized with the notary having to inspect the milage on my car as a witness. No refund was given in return for this injustice. Note: Endurance warranty informs Endurance new hires to "White" lie to customer to close the sale. I have a witness if needed for a law suite. We need to stop this scam by: Immediate investigation is required on this company's moral aptitude. Investigation in how many more victims of this robbery by this scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company has HORRIBLE business practices. I purchased a warranty the end of June, tried to use it for the first time in January and nothing was covered. I was told by the sales rep he included the extra cost for diesel coverage and nothing that needed to be replaced-diesel components was covered. The cancellation department reps are rude and the billing department won't give any answers. They put the blame on the other, there is no one higher up to speak with other than the rep that answers, and no one but the wonderful woman Annell I spoke with today via email does what they say they're going to do. I'm getting refunded a quarter of what I paid after "time and mileage used" are deducted which is unacceptable. They make the consumer get a mileage statement and have it notarized (if they send it--I had to call twice for the cancellation request letter) and then they deduct the time it takes to get that done and then finally find your email (that took two emails). They take payments electronically, naturally but refunds are only via paper check and I've been waiting two months. SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE! read more

Endurance is pathetic and the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, they want your money but don't want to fix your vehicle when it comes to a breakdown. Don't even think about these guys, they will go to extreme lengths to not cover a claim. My truck started making an engine noise and I brought it in to the dealer and was told it was the cam phasers filed a claim with Endurance and it's fine as long as you're paying them but forget it if you need coverage. They fiddled around for 8 days and came up with an excuse that my truck doesn't have the original rims and tires and won't cover it. Nothing at all to do with the problem and only an excuse not to cover the claim. I'm certain if you so much as change a radio knob you will be denied coverage. Purchased a warranty on 10/10/2026. When I filed claim CL12201608 on 11/18/25 they refused to cover almost everything submitted through the mechanic. Then later when another issue came up, I filed another claim, CL12341775, they came back and said that the mechanic told them in paperwork that it was due to improper maintenance of seals and gaskets, so they don't have to cover the issue. "Megan" answered the company phone number, 1-855-509-3401. For purposes of their verification, they asked for "Finder Code" that was written in letter they sent me and I purposely gave them the wrong code and a fictitious year, make and model of my car. Miraculously, "Megan" was able to find my vehicle. That's when I knew this was a scam. Then she transfers me to "Rashad" who then tells me there are service alerts, electrical, engine and A/C problems on my vehicle. I asked where did he get that information. He could not tell me and proceeds to talk in scripted paragraphs and was in a hurry to get more personal information from me. He also told me repairs to my vehicle can cost from $189 to $204 per hour. I asked him to elaborate on what type of repairs are needed and he could not specifically state any. (By the way, my car is in great working shape.) Overall, I had a hard time understanding or following what they do as a company. In short, they do not offer any real services. I bought the Endurance premium vehicle warranty. My "covered" vehicle developed a skip feeling when under a load, kind of like it had an occasional misfire. I took it to the Ford dealership for repair and it was diagnosed as the transmission. They recommended replacement. Endurance will not replace the transmission. They will only pay to rebuild mine, which I don't have a problem with, but they're only allowing $3140 towards the repair. Their reason is that I didn't have it towed to the dealership. Why would I have my vehicle towed when it was running and shifting perfectly except for an occasional skipping feeling under a load ? No check engine or transmission lights were on. The amount that they're wanting to pay won't pay for all the labor or parts that Ford recommends to rebuild it. My truck has been at the dealership for over a month now with the dealership going back and forth with Endurance. They could use that didn't have it towed excuse for any claim that anyone had. It's a ridiculous reason. Still fighting with them to get my truck fixed right. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding Endurance warranty services. They are a fraud ! I'm seeking legal advice now. read more

I am writing this review to warn other consumers do not do business with this company. I am filing this complaint on behalf of my son regarding Endurance Warranty Services for what we believe to be deceptive and unfair business practices. My son purchased a vehicle service contract and has paid approximately $4300.00 for coverage. At no point during the sales process was it clearly disclosed that having a lifted truck would result in denial of coverage. He entered into this agreement in good faith, believing his vehicle would be protected. When he recently filed a claim it was denied soley because the vehicle is lifted. This exclusion was not clearly explained at the time of purchase. Accepting thousands of dollars in payments while failing to clearly disclose a major limitation like this is misleading and unfair. We have attempted to resolve this issue directly with the company but have not received a satisfactory resolution. My son and I believe this situation may represent a pattern of deceptive sales practices and ask that this company to be investigated. Endurance is a ponzi scheme at best read more

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my experience with Endurance Warranty Services, which I believe engaged in misleading sales practices and made a bad-faith effort to deny legitimate claims under my vehicle service contract. Misrepresentation During Sale The sales representative employed high-pressure tactics by emphasizing the potential high costs of repairs and maintenance beyond 100,000 miles, and assured me that these concerns are covered under their service. The contract was finalized over the phone, and only after the verbal agreement and payment transaction was complete was, I provided with a copy of the agreement for review. They tell you there's a 30 day Money back guarantee but the contract is active only after 30 days and a 1000 miles driven. Unfair Claims Practices Delay Tactics: * I was told I could not receive a rental vehicle until a claim was approved, even though the process for it to be signed to an adjuster to start the inspection itself could take 24-48 hours. So, you can be stuck paying for a rental out of pocket... if they even approve it Omissions: * When you call to cancel then they finally want to hand you over to your account manager who places the burden on you for not understanding the legal and mechanical language of the contract because if your claim doesn't fall within THEIR guidelines then it won't be covered. * This behavior demonstrates a lack of transparency and integrity, and suggests a systemic practice of misleading customers and denying valid claims. Outcome * I've now paid $175/month for over four months ($697.28) for my contract with no meaningful benefit. * After three weeks, I was left without a decision, without a rental, and with a repair bill (approx. $4,000) and escalating rental car expenses ($2176.90) * I ultimately canceled my warranty due to a total loss of faith in the company. Rather than addressing my concerns, the company representatives simply asked me to "wait and see." Conclusion I believe this company engages in systematic misrepresentation and bad-faith claims practices. The sales process is deceptive, the contract terms are unclear or purposely omitted, and the claims process is built to exhaust customers into cancellation or accepting denial. The only scenarios you have with this company is to not get their service and pay for your own repairs or what they wish for is for you to get their contract. Get denied and still pay for your own repairs. I am requesting a full refund of the payments made to Endurance, rental expenses, and an internal investigation into this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I am prepared to escalate this complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), my state Attorney General, and a consumer protection attorney. read more

To all those considering using Endurance for an extended warranty, I am writing to inform anyone considering using Endurance Extended Warranty that they are totally dishonest and do not cover repairs when necessary. I have had extended warranty coverage with this company for many years and recently renewed my coverage. I was never told that the coverage would not be valid until I had driven 1000 miles from the time of the renewal so when I submitted a claim for repairs of the ABS system, they told me it would not be covered since I had not driven 1000 miles since renewing. This is bogus since I have had this policy for many years. I waited until I had driven 1000 miles and resubmitted the claim at which time they said that I was not covered because it was a preexisting condition. I feel that using this company's extended warranty is not a good investment because of their dishonesty. I recently had to pay over $2500 for the ABS repair and Endurance should have paid this. Their coverage is definitely not worth it as they do not honor their commitments. read more

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! I purchased an aftermarket car warranty policy from Endurance on 1/6/21, paying them $3,182.62. It covered my vehicle for 60 months or 100,000 miles. At 68,720 miles, with no prior history of engine trouble, white smoke emitted from my exhaust with no engine indicator lights lit. I immediately brought it to my mechanic, who indicated I had engine damage due to a faulty internal water pump. I placed a warranty claim with Endurance for the first time since having the policy. They sent an inspector to look at my vehicle a week later on 6/30/25, first asking me to provide evidence of oil change records. I obtained this record from Valvoline and provided these records to my mechanic as instructed on 6/23/25. Although the oil change record was an official read-out of each oil change (also visible on the CarFax for the vehicle), I received an email stating that Endurance is NOT accepting this record, and wanted to see the ACTUAL invoices for the oil change, which show the amount of money spent each time. I went back to Valvoline, who was able to provide me with copies of the invoices, and emailed them to Endurance on 6/27/25. After 17 days, an un-named adjuster from Endurance reached out to my mechanic and verbally denied the claim, but did not provide me or my mechanic with details in writing as to why they denied it, only siting a footnote in my owners manual stating they recommended (not required) a coolant service (which IS required at 100,000 miles). I spoke with a service manager at Lester Glenn Ford, who told me that their denial is bogus in not making the repairs. The service manager at Ford also indicated that they see this issue a few times a month, and that they have been successful in reversing the decision of the aftermarket warranty companies that they have relationships with when they render a similar denial. I believe this to be a breach of contract. I submitted a reconsideration on 7/16/25, and have not received any documentation as to why they denied my claim. They also refused to allow me to speak to, or obtain the names of either the inspector or adjuster that made this decision. I see this same pattern in other complaints made against this company that have been made through the Better Business Bureau. read more
