This is probably the worst company I have ever engaged. When I did actually need them to cover an…read moreissue (which was insured) they said that an engineer had to call out to inspect it. Over a week went by before the engineer came out just to be told that my timing chain issue was 'wear and tear' and therefore not covered. It's basically a con, stay away.

They…read moregive you advice during the sales talk which simply is not true, they are unable to review documents they have already been sent, they repeatedly ask you for documents they already have and they send you emails which more or less accuse you of fraud. Every single communication I have had with these people has been difficult and caused me lots of hassle. I will not use this company again and I would advise anyone thinking of doing so... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING!
