Wouldnt even give them one star. Funny that all people who have reviewed Lionheart have been from Birmingham (where the company operates) or close by. My insurance renewal went up by 100%, no explanation, no claims. They gave me a price a few days before my renewal was due and didnt have time to shop around. It was also Christmas time! I have now tried claiming on my insurance twice this year. 1/ Diagnostic computer which I had specifically insured has failed, took weeks to call me back. Not willing to pay out and going through finincial ombudsman at present. 2/ House broken into and car stolen. 5 days and they havent done anything. I had to call the insurance company directy and the claims company (which is seperate) myself. Surely this why I pay Lionheart!!!
I have been hung up on, promised calls back by staff. No one has ever called me back. I have been waiting 3 days for the manager to call me back. I am no longer willing to waste time on the phone to Lionheart, I have been in contact with Trading standards, Consumer direct, Consumer focus, small business federation, seeking legal advise and have logged a complaint with the financial ombudsman. Please do not use this company, they can ruin you and your business. read more
