How do you know when your broker is worth their while?, by claiming i would suggest. Been with Peacock Insurance Services for coming up to 7 years, never claimed. Their sales staff know what there talking about their admin teams are very efficient and polite, paper work arrives next day etc. etc. - but i had never claimed, that is until the recent heavy winds. I loose a fence post, 6 roof tiles and some guttering. So, my call goes into Peacock Insurance, they provide me with the relevant claim information to quote and transfer me to the 24 hour claims team. I have a policy through Ark insurance with RSA. These guys were superb! they told me to fix it myself and send in the bill or they would send round a recommended repairer - the choice was mine. I have my own builder who i have used for years, so i opted for my own builder. He fixed the roof and the fence the same day and gave me a bill. Probably the only Scammers that are regulated by the FCA. Buyer beware, they make false commitments, then deny everything, not provide voice recording when requested. Cancel Insurance over false claims and charge you 70% of your yearly premium for 16 days. All these previous reviews are SPOT ON. Now my purpose in life is to expose these scammers. Will be taking legal action.
