The office hours were not reliable due to the shared space, Dr. Mick missed a return flight; and training around Thanksgiving 2024 with minimal hours available. I tried to work on myself through his service and I became stressed due to the continued text messages and was told the preferred way to contact them was via text. The service he offered was very spotty at best and increased my pain level drastically. In speaking with my medical doctor it was recommended that I get a new MRI to see any changes, and to stop due to the cost with no good yielded results, harassing text communications, closed on days that should have been open repeatedly. When I tried to end my service, I received a bill in excess of $850.00. I did not sign a contract. Do not use this service. I only hope and pray that the structure of my body that he adjusted has not been damaged.

It takes 2-3 months out before you can get in. In my case, I had a session and scheduled another follow up 2 months+ out...only to be called 2 days before my appointment that the practitioner was out and no offer to reschedule without much wait. It was a bit frustrating but I think if they are more availability, I wouldn't mind stopping by again.

A friend who was a massage therapist had heard of him and recommended him to me and I was able to get in quickly for treatment. After talking with me about my issue, he gave me acupuncture and an adjustment. The relief was instant. I had 3 more visits within one week and all was well - no pain meds, no long term treatments that a PT would tell you that you had to have. I would have had to wait 3 weeks to see a PT. I've had various injuries over the years prior to seeing him [and have gone to PT's] and he has been able to alleviate pain and stiffness associated with those. I've continued to see him for since 2003 and have always been delighted. I've been to chiropractors in the past who have done an okay job but the last one [20 years ago] literally cracked something in my back. Dr. Wu uses percussion tools instead of manually adjusting the spine and neck, not a "massage thing". Depending on what is wrong, he tailors his treatment accordingly. Dr. Wu is awesome.
