She is very gentle, and straight forward. She was talking to me throughout the whole entire surgery procedure making sure I was okay. I felt safe and very much comfortable. Today's experience completely changed my perspective on dentists, we need more Dentist like Dr. Scheines, she is full of hope and joy ! Front desk is very much on top of their work, they're amazing. I'm satisfied and I cannot wait for my next visit. Morgan and Veronica are both very welcoming!

Dr. Cargasacchi is great at explaining everything going that's going on and what needs to be done. He ended up doing a couple bone grafts and eventually my implant. I've had a gap where my canine should have been for most of my life and my new smile brought a lot of confidence back. It's been 8 years now and the implant is still going strong. So happy my dentist recommended him! It was a tad bit pricey, but I couldn't bare the thought of doing a bridge with other perfectly healthy teeth. Money well spent when you think of the service and longevity of the procedure.

I came in, filled out my first timer paper work, and was called to the back within five minutes. The two dental assistants were very friendly and the Dr did a great job. I went in for X rays and and simple cleaning and the Dr was very friendly, funny, and conversational. I will be definitely be back and I strongly recommend to everyone. Came in for X rays and a cleaning. Dr. Melanie did a great job. She was very informative about my teeth and the steps to make them look the best way possible. My mom had been suffering from intense pain that affected her ears and all the way up to her brain. She needed to see a specialist, and her regular dentist referred us to one nearby in Lakewood. Unfortunately, they didn't accept her insurance, so we had to look elsewhere. She had to undergo three root canals and get three crowns repaired, and although we paid out of pocket, it was such a relief to see her pain finally easing. (Insurance also covered high amount) My mom truly loved her endodontist, Dr. Toosi. He did an incredible job and was very gentle and caring with her. His assistant, Kim, was also incredibly sweet, showing lots of grace, patience, and care. Isabel was also very helpful and welcoming, making us feel genuinely cared for. I really appreciate the whole staff for their kindness. I'm giving this place four stars because, after my mom's treatment, we were told by the front desk that she still needed to see Dr. Toosi next month for one more tooth. We also scheduled another appt for her cavity repairs in a couple of days. However, when we returned for the crown repair, we found out it was already done by Dr. Toosi. I wish they had let us know beforehand so we wouldn't have made an unnecessary trip. (My fault as well, I should have spoken to Dr. Toosi after we left) Overall 5/5 at the excellent work. 4/5 for the inconvenience.

He is incredibly kind, patient, and has such a calming presence. His staff and hygienist are just as amazing, literally the sweetest and most reassuring team. They never make you feel like you are asking too many questions or like you are a burden, which means everything when you have dental anxiety. The wait time is short, which helps so much with nerves, and Dr. Hakimi has the lightest hand when it comes to numbing. I honestly did not feel a thing. He is understanding, funny, fast, and efficient. He even gives you a stress ball if you need it. In my 32 years of life, I have never been this grateful to find a dentist I actually feel comfortable coming back to. WOW is all I have to say…read more From the initial phone call to the appointment itself, the staff at this office was nothing short of accommodating and extremely helpful. I originally went into their office by a referral of a close friend- my wisdom teeth have been bothering me for a week. I went into their office, was greeted by Letty who was extremely patient with me. I was seen right away and after my X-rays were taken, I was explained with great concern from the dentist why they wouldn't be able to do my extraction, and if I was a family member, they wouldn't do it. Which shows to me they aren't in it for the money, they genuinely want to help. Even though they weren't able to help me, they recommended an oral surgeon down the street. The appointment went n its entirety was about 15 minutes long, which is unheard of! I will definitely be coming here again and recommending all my friends here!
