The service is awesome and the hair cuts are high quality and super cheap. Ladies cuts are only $16.50!! I KNOW!! It is totally awesome, particularly for students like me. Paying anything more for a haircut tends to drive me a little crazy so it's a good thing that these prices are here to stay. They haven't changed in the years that I have known about the salon so I'd hedge a pretty good bet that they'll be around for awhile. The salon is clean, the hairdressers are friendly and talkative and the atmosphere is comfortable and warm. As well as hair they also provide spray tan and waxing services although I have never utilised those.

Megan replied to the first message only out of the four I sent on Yelp which for her credit was prompt and I did reply "that I was grateful for her prompt reply." Then I send three more messages on Yelp to please confirm if they do the area I am staying in. I did not receive any reply to the other three I sent. I called and left a voicemail this morning and not once did i receive a call as I am trying to plan my business trip in Melbourne and want to sort this out. I know this may sound I am being harassing but I am trying to sort thing before I arrive in Melbourne as I will not have much free time. Then I texted this morning and only then I got replies. I asked them to confirm my address and they said that they had my address! WRONG! They had my home address in Sydney which is a concern and I do not know how they got it as I did not even give it to them! They never confirmed my address which is in St Kilda. Their reply was that they send out confirmation e-mails and text messages. The form states to please provide the address for the spray tan which I never received. Now I am accused of putting in my Sydney address myself which I would not. Even if I did there is no street name or suburb in St Kilda with Strathfield or Homebush Road in St Kilda. I contacted a St Kilda based mobile tanning service and you think they would know this or at least question it. This was just waste of time when I can do so much better in spending my time on better matters including my business meetings etc. Action taken by them that is replying etc ONLY when I text them with my text messages advising them of the above and when I have made a negative review on Yelp! At least I found out now then later. I will just go to my Sydney Salon where exceptional service is provided. I will be moving to Melbourne soon and I will definitely will not go to them ever! I leave it up to you the readers to decided. I am stating my experience and I would not want anyone to experience the lack of professionalism I have received. When you advertise your business on a website, social media etc be open to negative and open reviews! You can try to water-down my review but I know what I am saying is the truth.
