He was patient and really listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them appropriately and more than satisfactory. He is a total pro. Dr. Lee really took care of what I needed and was good at explaining the process and making it a comfortable and successful experience. The rest of the staff I saw was polite, professional, helpful and diligent. This practice is exemplary and I would recommend it to anyone. Their location is on a Main Street amidst other shops and restaurants. There is street parking in front of the location as well as very nearby parking lots. In this time of the covid19 pandemic, these offices took extra care to maintain ultimate cleanliness and safety protocols. Masks, sanitizer, temperature check. I feel this business takes optimal wellness seriously. And, Dr. Lee is a fantastic dentist!

I have been a patient of Huntington Family Dental for a couple of years now. THE BEST DENTAL…read morePRACTICE EVER!!! I am always greeted with a welcoming smile and the staff is very courteous and professional. Elsie at the front desk is very warm and friendly and always greets me with welcoming smile. Mary, my hygienist is extremely thorough and professional. My teeth never looked so clean. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned (crazy right?). Jane and Mary at the front office always go out of their way to help you in any way they can with a friendly smile and provide options and flexibility with appointments and payment/insurance options. It's because of these AWESOME people that I decided to trust them with my Invisalign treatment. What can I say about my Invisalign experience thus far? Melissa and Michelle actually made my Invisalign treatment fun and enjoyable. (I was able to listen to my favorite tunes and video while getting my aligners fitted). Extremely courteous, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. Angelica helped me understand all my payment options, worked with my insurance and financing and made it very easy to move forward with my treatment. And let's not forget Dr. Bullock. Totally professional, very thorough, and super courteous. She took so much time to listen to all my concerns, answered all my questions, and actually gave me a snapshot of what my smile will look like when my treatment is complete. I really could not be more pleased with my experience every time I visit. An extremely professional and detailed oriented group of very COOL people!! The very best in dental care. Cant wait to see my new and improved smile. Keep up the great work!!!

I've had several issues with appointment delays (40+ min), scheduling errors, billing errors and in general poor communication issues. It's been disappointing and frustrating. The quality of care from the hygienists and convenient location have kept me here but I miss Dr. Greg and Dr. Sal and the practice it used to be. They have always overcharged but it was worth then; not now.

Filling fell out the very next day. This tooth was filled 3 tries. The filling never stayed on my…read moretooth. I never in my life had that happen. My dentist retired and this is the place he suggested. Too expensive and not worth traveling back and forth 3 times for a filling and now the dentist said he can't do it again. I unfortunately have to edit my first review. I originally posted about how trustworthy and kind…read morethis dentist was and that does still stand for my first few visits. Fast forward 8 months, I went back in for another cleaning. The hygienist did great and was personable. Still needing quite a bit of work, I requested to speak with the dentist. Unlike the first time, she almost seemed bothered and rushed through my questions, giving me no real treatment plan other than saying I need an extraction. Upon checking out, I was informed that I had a "large credit from 8 months ago" but they wouldn't give me an exact dollar amount. Needing to get back to work, I let it go and scheduled my appointment for an extraction. Upon receiving the estimated financials for the extraction, I found that they added $300 x-rays for an implant that I never asked for as well as a $156 "evaluation" fee even though they told me the tooth would be evaluated at my cleaning. I called the office to inquire and they said it must have been a mix-up regarding the implant x-rays and the oral surgeon indeed did charge $156 just for looking at the tooth prior to the $750 extraction. I proceeded to ask why my past credit was withheld from me for 8 months as it would have been useful to pay off a credit card I put the treatment on and was incurring interest. They had no answer other than "I don't know." With all of the odd billing problems, I cancelled my appointment for now. Edit: After contact with the office manager, she was kind and did her best to resolve the issue. She thoroughly explained the situation, apologized for the error and promptly issued me a check for the credit including interest. While I believe its important to highlight the problems, I think it is equally as important to highlight the initiative they took to fix them. I do sincerely thank them for doing their best to resolve the issue in a fair manner. At the end of the day, we are all human and make mistakes. I do believe the location has the potential to be great.

Bad review for Dr. Nocerino…read more I started coming to this office when Dr. Murphy owned the place when I was a child. After he retired, Dr. Nocerino took over and I didn't really have the same pleasant experiences I had previously. The atmosphere was just weird. I also had a minor cavity on the side of my tooth several years ago and had that filled by Dr. Nocerino. I went back to NY and months later it fell off...I went back to CT to have it fixed and it was fine...although...a couple years later I decided to switch to a NY based dentist as I was no longer living with my parents or under their insurance plan. I had an x ray the other week and they said my previous dentist (Dr. Nocerino) had accidentally drilled into my neighboring tooth that was completely fine...and I had to get my filling re-done on the side of my tooth because it wasn't done properly and was coming off. So years later this comes back to me and bites me in the butt and I'm obviously not happy...I had to pay $420 for this mistake...I now go to an all female staff dentist and they're so efficient and have the latest technology. On top of my experience, apparently this office has a lot of patients and my family makes an appointment waaaay in advance and the front desk always says "call morning of your appointment to make sure it's still ok to come in". They call and their appointments are cancelled. How fishy....When people make appointments, honor them....what is this selective favoritism whatever? What is this based on? Really sketchy.
