Of course finding out you are diabetic sucks to no end, but I heard that from my previous doctor. He kept prescribing me meds which were making me sick (Metformin) and when I pointed out to him they were making me sick his response was that they were working, so he wanted to leave me on them. So I left him and never looked back. Meeting with Dr Andrea Ferenczi was a breath of fresh air. She listened to my concerns, asked relevant questions and provided me with basic information on living with diabetes, which my previous doctor did not. When I asked him for info on diabetes he told me to just Google it. Like what the actual fork? After my initial consult with her I pretty much see a PA whenever I go in. I am sure she reviews their notes from time to time but I'm not complaining. The PA's are all top notch and I have no complaints there. The appointments run on time so the expected forty minute wait past your scheduled appt doesn't occur which is nice. The only thing I have an issue with is that some of the meds they prescribe for me require a preauthorization from the doctor's office for the insurance to run it through. For whatever reason getting the office to fax those through to the insurance company is a total fiasco! It's great that they prescribe the meds that you need but if they can't get the pre approvals done it's no bueno. So following up repeatedly is a must for that. So I went to this location during COVID. I went thru their phone tree and it asked me if I was a new patient or an existing patient. Since I've been seen here before I said I was an existing patient. Went on hold for about 10 minutes and someone answered gave them my info and he informed me I was a new patient. After he asked me who I was so obviously I was in the system. He transferred me. Then I went back to the phone tree and waited about 8 minutes. Then the system answered and said there was no one to help me and told me to leave a message. Wow!!! Just wow! read more

My provider is great, so I do have one thing positive to say. The rest of the experience has been an absolute nightmare as a type 1 diabetic. The MA's for Dr Reddy do not respond to anything, like ever. No voicemails and barely Klara messages, I think the person who actually responded to me on Klara was an MA from another team who happened to see my voicemal because I accidentally left it on the wrong VMvbox... which is crazzzzyy. As an MA myself, it is incredibly frustrating. I was told I needed to schedule an updated appointment to receive auth on my new pump & dexcom supplies that were input & denied around April 24th. My provider stated he did not see it so he will make sure his staff gets the supply order sent. great, I don't mind at all. However when it is 13 days following my appointment and the supplies are still not approved by the team, it becomes bothersome. I reached out multiple times to assist by calling my supplier and obtaining a fax number, making sure it is an easy process for the team I am under. No response. Puts in an order for a dexcom starter pack, which has never been ordered "to initiate the PA" before. Tells me to come in to get samples in the meantime to give them more time. I show up, no samples were even mentioned to the front office staff and almost made me feel like I was lying about the samples that were offered to me (I had to advise to pull up Klara for proof). Overall just very anxiety driven and unpleasant experience. do not recommend (& considering just self pay at this point tbh or changing offices).I dislike leaving reviews like this or even speaking up at all but I feel like this is just pure lack of patience care. read more

I had a new patient appointment scheduled for 10:40 AM at Endocrinology Associates, PA and arrived on time, but the experience was beyond frustrating. First, I was never informed ahead of time that there would be an $80 copayment. As a new patient, I made sure to research and stay in communication with the office, yet no one mentioned this important detail. When I arrived, I explained to Cristian at the front desk that I didn't know about the copay and that my husband would bring the payment in cash since we live only 8 minutes away. I specifically asked if it was okay for me to begin my appointment while waiting for him, and Cristian said yes. About 20 minutes later, the front desk manager Kelly checked on me and told me I had until 11:20 AM for my husband to arrive with the payment. I agreed, knowing he was already on his way. But then, at around 11:10 AM, Kelly suddenly told me I could no longer be seen--even though my husband was literally around the corner and within the time she herself gave me. The lack of communication, the last-minute rule changes, and the unprofessional treatment were unacceptable. New patients deserve transparency and respect, not conflicting information and wasted time. If you value your time and expect basic courtesy, I do not recommend this office. read more

My husband and I have been patients for about 2 years. The providers are great but we are leaving because of the billing office and office staff. Have been sent letters that my "unpaid bill" is going to collections in January 2026. I paid that bill in November 2025. Had to call several times to get it right. The office staff is very overwhelmed and have to wait on hold for 10 minutes to be told to leave a message. No office manager but "Kelly" will return phone calls. She did not. Do not waist your time here. After reading all the reviews I was hopeful that things had changed and I wouldn't have a bad experience... well was I wrong. To start, the walls of the rooms are SUPER thin and you can hear everything that's happening and being said in the rooms next to you, that's a big HIPPA violation. I sat in the room for 2 hours waiting for the doctor! I saw the MA and the PA who was nice but looked lost on my case. I was taken to go get labs done and then was told I needed to wait and was being brought back n forth. There has been no apology made and no one has come in to check on me. At this point, I would walk out and never come back but I haven't yet because I had to pay a copay of $80 for this appointment. read more

I've been coming to this practice for about 5 years and have always has a great experience. They get you in and out quickly, do testing and labs In office which saves you from having to schedule those appointments elsewhere. Dr Harari is very educated and has been an amazing Doctor for me. He helped treat my thyroid cancer the second time it came back. I also love the ultrasound techs. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of an endo doc in Arizona. Given that I am still being harassed for payment by this medical practice with no explanation of charges and histories of payment, I turned to the better business bureau to support me in getting the appropriate documentation. They willfully ignored the better business bureau's attempts to contact them on my behalf to obtain a ledger. Frankly if you look through other reviews I'm not the only one being harassed for unexplained payments with no answer. 2012 I visited this office, that experience prevented me from returning for 11 years. Becky, who returned my call was rude and abrasive over the phone. Almost as though she were shouting at me. So, rather than crying because I am extremely sensitive, I merely changed my tone to match hers. She was lacking in compassion and though I am sure she is busy and uninterested beyond what she is attempting to accomplish, I do feel it is important to consider the states of patients in dealing with health concerns. For me, I was terrified based on my last experience with this office. My initial call I was incapable of even leaving a message due to their voicemail boxes being full, including the operator. Knowing fully well, I shouldn't leave a message for the NP I had no other option. When I arrived at my appointment I was informed they did not receive my medical forms, which I completed with the website provided by Becky, which I read back to her and she confirmed it's accuracy. Only she forgot the "az" portion. Not off to a good start. When the NP came in, I said to her "you know what, I'm just going to be honest and vulnerable in this moment" I proceeded to explain what my previous experience was. She was compassionate and completely understanding of my reservations. I felt seen, I felt heard, I felt safe. My PCP referred me to Dr. Ferenczi as the "thyroid queen" and she wasn't wrong! Dr. Ferenczi explained I was previously misdiagnosed. She explained why. She asked me if I understood what she was saying and I did because though I am no doctor, I do have some preliminary medical knowledge. She treated me as a counter part even though she is very obviously the queen. That to me is what a queen is, someone who cares for their people while not separating themselves from those people. In this moment, she relieved a decade of anxiety and stress. She altered my existence by doing what she does, and doing it well. It was in this moment that I could appreciate how awful I had been treated previously, because that treatment nearly caused me to proceed forth with a removal of my thyroid and medication for life. It was the experience that prevented me from returning and evidently that was my saving grace. Dr. Ferenczi assured me that my MILD Hashimotos would pose more of a nuisance than anything else. That I should monitor it annually, but that otherwise, nothing was required. No removal, no medication, no restrictions. I left the office with Joy. I left the office literally laughing at how it turned out. Doctors can be wrong too. Doctors are people too, and sometimes they make mistakes, but what separates the good ones from the not so good ones? Acknowledging that fact. Listening to patients, addressing concerns, and tending in ways they cannot tend to themselves. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferenczi. Personally, I'd wait patiently for months just to see her because the good ones these days seem to be hard to find. I'm even able to accept Becky's abrasive nature if it means having Dr. Ferenczi as my endo. read more

They NEVER answer their phones. Walgreens has been trying to call them for the past few days.. and so have I to no avail. After a few HOURS I give up. I leave voice messages when I do get thru and get transferred but that assistance never calls back. If something happens to me because I can not get my prescription refilled I'm suing.. I've left messages on voicemails.. and on their facebook. their email address listed on the facebook bounces back. HORRIBLE MALPRACTICE... So, I saw a doctor there about a year ago and got set up with a prescription. Somehow some way the prescription got messed up between the VA and this office and no one would/could fix it so the script dropped dead along with the referral. Fast forward to today, I got another referral to see them and they called to make an appointment. All they offered me was one at the of the month April 29, 2025. I asked if there was anything earlier and I was only offered 2 other options which were inconvenient for me due to other appointments. So, I asked to switch doctors, as I have only seen this doctor once and that was probably about a year ago. I was trying to get seen as soon as possible and I don't see where changing a doctor is an issue, especially because it had been so long and it was only one time. I was told that because I had this 1 doctor 1 time I could not see anyone else within the practice. Kind of stupid if you ask me. Ultimately because they would not work with me, I canceled the appointment and am actively seeking a better endocrinology doctor. If I could leave zero stars that would be to many! They never answer their phones, they are loud and rude in the reception area talking about their personal life and going to the gym and eyelash extensions. You make an appointment for blood work and you still sit for 45 mins past your appointment time. Heather was my new Dr. She came in and dismissed me, I got to see her NP that really was unknowledgeable, not to mention that I sat in the room for two hours, half of that time before anyone came in and half of the time with the NP going in and out and the MA was helpful and kind and I would tell her to go to another office so she can learn more than she will at this place. I came back to a second appointment and it was worse, I am a type one and type two diabetic and was in the hospital a few days prior to my second appointment and I never even seen the whites of my Doctors eyes. It was a complete waste of time. I don't come in to see a Doctor that looked at me for two minutes for both appointments, learn some manners and don't blow your people you are suppose to care for off. What is wrong with the health care system is what this office is. So sad! Thank God I got into the Mayo Clinic three days later. If you need a great office that is kind and listens in the valley East Valley Diabetics on Lindsey Road is hands down 100% better then this hole. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This by far has been the worst doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. I first saw them last year because I was dealing with hair loss and wanted to see if it was a hormone related issue- they did one small panel of bloodwork, not even including cortisol, had me take a zinc supplement and sent me on my way. Obviously that did nothing to help. Earlier this year another doctor ordered labs which showed my cortisol was through the roof. Marie Perkins was the PA I saw here and was so awful I will literally never forget my experience with her. I saw Dr. Reddy in the summer, who told me that she didn't think anything was wrong but that I could get a CT scan "if I felt like it". Zero treatment plan, zero suggestions for anything to fix any of my problems. Last week my dermatologist asked for me to get tested blood work done there and the office LOST my samples saying that they didn't get picked up over the weekend. This was one of if not the worst appointment I have had with a medical professional. I waited quite some time to get in. I saw the reviews but didnt think to much of it. I was wrong. The ladies up front were nice but also talking and joking about the reviews and their customers which did indeed seem unprofessional. I first met with the nurse went over minimal history and some basics. Then NP came in and asked the exact same thing which seemed silly and then a bit more. She then handed me a sheet telling me I had an autoimmune disorder before even speaking to the doctor. I then proceeded to wait over an hour to see the doctor she seemed like she couldnt be bothered. She basically told me nothing was wrong, the NP was wrong and there was nothing she could do. I have seen two other doctors who refereed me to an Endo because of blood work and symptoms. No empathy no talking through other ideas just leaving me in the dust. Also, how can someone diagnose you with something and then the other person not. I was referred to this office. I was surprised how unprofessional this office is!! The MA on my first visit was okay. The PA was good. The Dr Reddy was kind of rushed and rude. She had poor bedside manner. While waiting in the waiting room, I could hear the office staff talking about butt tattoos. Not sure if the lab or office but one of them lost my labs! How does this happen?? I rearrange my schedule to attend this appointment to review my labs to learn they do not have them. But they most certainly charged me for them. Now I need a prior authorization for my dexcom. August 6th is when the her office sent the prior authorization to the insurance company. The nurse practitioner did a very thorough evaluation of my problems. They asked lots of questions and checked many labs for any other related illnesses. The doctor who saw me was brief but knew my history based on my answers on the evaluation. Getting refills is easy but you have to remember when your labs are due again and completed. They don't remind you. The office staff are efficient. read more

I love Dr. Harari. I've been a patient of his since I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer 8 years ago. His bedside manner is excellent. He is kind and patient and listens. He doesn't just throw drugs at me, he takes the time to discuss nutrition and supplements, calorie goals, exercise. Thanks to his advice, I've lost 80lbs since my Thyroidectomy. The office isn't perfect, but my experience hasn't been anywhere near as bad as other reviews. Minor issues like trying to get a hold of someone, might hold value, but not enough for me to replace Dr. Harari. Seeing him and receiving the level of care he provides is worth every minor annoyance/inconvenience. read more

I ran away from my old specialist and never looked back... not even to obtain my records [more like they're holding it ransom for some dumb reason and won't fax them over]! This guy is a peach. From Day 1, everything went amazing. Even without my medical records, we got my bloodwork done on-site and we did an ultrasound before I even left [something the old doc never even suggested that I do]. I feel completely at ease with him. I get anxiety whenever I go in for anything medical but Dr. Harari makes me feel relaxed. Since I was already feeling crappy and frustrated about a year of taking Methimazole and not being able to find the right dosage, Dr. Harari answered all my questions and concerns in regards to radio-iodine. I took a few weeks to think things through. I asked his assistant and even Dr. Harari himself a million questions by phone and never once did he make me feel like I was wasting his time. I felt confident in going through with the radio-iodine treatment under his care. While the desired results aren't kicking in yet, Dr. Harari and I decided that I'll get bloodwork done every month for a few months to see if the hormone count will go down. Dr. Harari is a brilliant specialist, knowledgeable, and patient. Like Meagan B., I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes past my appointment time to see him. Do not come here. They are unprofessional and do not care about your health, as evidenced by the provider who never contacted me and left no instructions for my medication change and the MA (Annie) who hung up on me mid-sentence while I was trying to confirm the next steps in how to get my medication because she had "already talked to me for 20 minutes" (it had been 15). The reason it took 15 minutes? I do not know if this drug is safe for me to take or how to even obtain it. It was never discussed during my previous appt. It was wrongly sent to an online pharmacy that I had never worked with and been told of. Every answer was "whatever your provider told you" and "make a new appointment" - except, the provider never contacted me or left instructions for the MA to communicate to me. They will also not let you see the physician and schedule you with a mid-level - if you ask, they will rudely state "a PA can do everything a physician can" but still bill you under the physician's name. It is clear that this office only cares about profit - a new appointment is required to gain any explanation for a drug that was prescribed for you without your knowledge. read more

This place was such a disappointment. They charged me for tests they didn't complete and incorrectly prescribed a dosage change. When I inquired why it was such a significant change from my past, they abruptly revised their Rx. I had no confidence in what they were telling me. When I told them I would no longer return, the lady stated I would be seeing more charges. I asked why and was told it was for upcoming visits. How can you charge me for visits in not going to have? I really wanted to like this Dr's office but what an uncoordinated circus experience of a lifetime. From the time I walked into the chandler location's door I was greeted by a rude receptionist. After seeing the Dr and feeling hopeful, I was sent off to do extensive testing. When I brought back what the office asked for to give to the Dr, they lost it! They made every excuse they could placing the blame on me. I used "Klara" this app to talk to someone at the office to understand what happened to my test I brought in. The person was rude and told me the lab lost it and left it at that. I never was given an apology, explanation, I requested to speak to the office manager and I felt like they were spinning me in circles. I don't think they genuinely care about you as a person. You're just someone that puts money into their paychecks. Other than the Dr herself, I'm embarrassed that her office is a mess. Don't waste your time here. read more

In the past, I have had great service with endocrinology Associates. But this last visit on January 3rd 2024 was terrible. My appointment time was 08:30 for bloodwork. I checked in between 8:15 and 08:20 with Maritza at the front desk. She said I was all checked in and just have a seat it will be a few minutes. After 45 minutes I inquired about my place for blood draw with one of the people who bring you back. I had to ask twice. Finally the response was , "You have not checked in yet sir" I told her I did with the front desk. So I went to the front desk and inquired about my check in. Maritza said I did not check in with her. I was taken, Because I did. As I told her. She denied it and was rather in polite and short with me. There was a long line inside the office. Anyway, I told her to check system because I did. Her response was that I did not check in. I was very displeased her. And asked to cancel my services here and my appointment for next week with D.O. Heather Saran to review the bloodwork I didn't get done on the account of the office person. The other office lady overheard my request and apparently canceled my next weeks appointment as requested. I asked twice that the appointment is canceled for next week. She indicated that it was. I got a letter yesterday from D.O. Heather Saran entitled: "Discontinuation of medical care" And that I missed my last three appointments. And they will no longer care for my needs. This is completely false! I never missed my appointments ever with this office. I have nothing against D.O. Heather Saran. She was always kind and professional. It was indicated that my records will be forwarded to the next medical office of my choosing. I feel terrible that I was inadvertently blocked from seeing D.O. Saran over a rude office staff person. It was a 25 mile round trip and a waste of my time over a simple mistake. THEIR's!! read more

Last year, my wife was diagnosed with enlarged Thyroid glands and Hashimoto disease. Dr. Mishra did an Ultrasound, saw the results, exchanged few words with my wife and left to see another patient thus giving it less than 5 minutes of her time. Few days later, the blood test results revealed extremely high levels of antibodies, in the 400 range! The PA who had a virtual consult with my wife, told her that she should "manage her stress level" as a recommended treatment. This year, my wife's condition is getting worse and she was told that Dr. Mishra is out of town. When we tried to make an appointment with another doctor, we were asked to contact the office manger Jessica Barnett who then refused to transfer my wife's case to another physician who can figure out a way to help my wife. Jessica Barnett was rude, lacked manners, and was very dismissive. Now my wife has no choice but to find another clinic who has better care. Till then she is suffering, and her health is deteriorating. read more

I was in desperate need of a new endo. My pal Joyce W. and my PC both suggested Dr. Harari. So, I took a chance. The office is not at all close to my house, nor is it easy to find in the large maze of medical office buildings. I understand that this is a new location for the office as well. The inside was fairly cold and unwelcoming, though I like the reception oodles more than the drab, empty gray patient rooms. Doom and gloom! I met Maria, my assigned NA, who took my vitals, and then Erin, the NP (or PA?), who went over my issues, history, and goals, in order to recap them to the doc. Then, I met Dr. Harari. What a great bedside manner this man has! I thought that he was thorough, knowledgeable, and was a good listener. He formed an action plan, and away we go! I hope that care continues at this level. Though there have been many reviews describing a lackluster front desk, I found the young man there to be quite friendly and kind. I did notice a letter to customers on the wall, staying that they will not tolerate verbal abuse of the staff. That made me tend to believe that there is (or was) some sort of issue. Regardless, I had a flawless front desk experience. My one star reduction is for that of the in-office lab. I waited to be called, and was brought back to a blood factory. There were at least 2 chairs, with patients being brought in at the same time as other patients. Having a knowledge of phlebotomy, I have read over and over that this is a "no-no", especially for patient privacy. A young man, who called me "ma'am" an exorbitant amount of times, siphoned out my life fluid and wrapped me with Coban. I bruise easily with injury, but not normally following a draw. I have a mammoth bruise! I also was bruised where he leaned into my wrist to stabilize my arm. Not cool! I was provided with a saliva cortisol kit, with a verbal "do it on two days" before being set free to roam the halls aimlessly, until stopping to ask "how the heck do I escape here?". Finding no instructions for the "when" inside the collection kit, I Google it and see that the best collection time is between 2300 and midnight. I call to make sure, but reach a voicemail. I get a call back from who I assume is the same man in the lab, who says, yes (ma'am), that time (ma'am), two separate days (ma'am). I use my only day off to drive over [to what is south Egypt for me] to drop off the samples, only to be told that I did it wrong, and have to do it again! That's why I called! Ugh. ...and that's where were at. Not impressed with the lab. At. All. This review is after a single visit, so stay tuned for updates! read more
