He guided me into a bay and Eddie and Devante started going to town on the beast. While I waited, Miguel told me about the coffee shop (blue house) next door, so I headed there for some morning Joe. To my surprise, Miguel's wife, Janice, owns the shop and put on a pot of Jack Daniels roast as soon as I walked in. Talk about an outstanding lady - kind, friendly, and receptive... rare. We had a nice chat and I went back to the waiting area at Dr. Detail to make a phone call and watch the tube until the car was ready to go. Total time on the jeep was maybe 1.5 hours, but the results were fantastic. Jeep looked great inside and out, and I mean great. Eddie and Devante sure did an awesome job and were very helpful and friendly. You just don't expect first-time experiences with small businesses to be like this anymore, let alone for them to be staffed with first-class folk. Carinne at the front desk made the whole thing possible - again, she was also very nice and kind when answering my questions (which I know must have been asked several tens of times over).

He poured a bucket of water on my car to get the soap off and then told me to come back when the manager was there. I came back after 1 pm and the manager gave me another code. I went back through the wash and the machine stopped again, bumping the back of my car. I reported this to the manager and showed him the dent on my right side. He said the machine would never do that and brushed me off as if I was trying to get something from him other than a car wash. I will NEVER step foot on that property again. He needs to realize everyone is not a criminal.

In 2017 I lost my job and was unemployed for over a year and was unable to keep the car detailed and shiny as I liked. After over a year of dirt, dust and grime building up on both the inside and outside of the car, I took it to G-Spot for full detailing. They gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped off the car and picked me up when it was finished. They did a FANTASTIC job - the car looked brand new!!! They do everything by hand - washing, polishing and waxing. I can't imagine a car being any more filthy than mine was - so if they can do that with my car, they can do it with anyone's! When I was dropping off the car, I mentioned they shouldn't roll down the driver side window because I was having issues with the switch getting it to roll up. They immediately offered to fix it and I agreed. On the way to bring me home, the tech riding with me noticed that my "change engine oil" message was displaying and offered to change my oil as well and I agreed. I love one-stop shopping! They did a fantastic job with my repairs, my oil change and my detailing. Very friendly and helpful staff!!! These guys are THE BEST!! Trent

They came to my house, I opened up the car, and they did the rest. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mobile detailing. I had only my interior cleaned but I'm sure an exterior wash would have been just as good. I did not take the best before photos but let me tell you- My vehicle looks brand new!! Price? I don't know...that's steep, what do y'all think? Check out my photos (red car) my car is 2 weeks old and dusty...not even dirty. I was like... Make it Shine is only $70 for the same service; he said he had 9 employees compared to the other company having only 1. I was like my car isn't big nor that dirty to charge me $15 more? He said, his minimum is $65 (so, he DOES have a starting price after all...see review below from August 3) but, that because he has staff to pay and how fast they are at completing said service, he's more "commercial" now, therefore, more expensive. Well, that's ok, I'll pass. My car should of qualified at the minimum of $65 not $85. He takes, cash, credit card (charges a few dollars more if used) Zelle and Venmo. Kevin said he schedules appointment times but he requires a 2 hour window to show up. What? He's got 9 employees?!! All in all, Kevin's a nice personable guy but I'm going with Make it Shine. ----------- August 3, 2020 Texted him for a quote for wash, wax and vacuum. He said, they like to come out and give you a free estimate to determine price. He doesn't quote a basic price because he wants to see car and time it will take. Hmm? But, don't you have at least a minimum for the basic service? I dunno. I didn't pursue anything further.
