Amazing speedy, well done service…read more This was my first time using a mobile detailing business and will not be my last!! I enjoy the ease of this company! They came to my house, I opened up the car, and they did the rest. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mobile detailing. I had only my interior cleaned but I'm sure an exterior wash would have been just as good. I did not take the best before photos but let me tell you- My vehicle looks brand new!! Price? Very affordable!! Everyone did their job, stayed safe and made me happy!

I don't know...that's steep, what do y'all think? Check out my photos (red car) my car is 2 weeks old and dusty...not even dirty. I was like... Make it Shine is only $70 for the same service; he said he had 9 employees compared to the other company having only 1. I was like my car isn't big nor that dirty to charge me $15 more? He said, his minimum is $65 (so, he DOES have a starting price after all...see review below from August 3) but, that because he has staff to pay and how fast they are at completing said service, he's more "commercial" now, therefore, more expensive. Well, that's ok, I'll pass. My car should of qualified at the minimum of $65 not $85. He takes, cash, credit card (charges a few dollars more if used) Zelle and Venmo. Kevin said he schedules appointment times but he requires a 2 hour window to show up. What? He's got 9 employees?!! All in all, Kevin's a nice personable guy but I'm going with Make it Shine. ----------- August 3, 2020 Texted him for a quote for wash, wax and vacuum. He said, they like to come out and give you a free estimate to determine price. He doesn't quote a basic price because he wants to see car and time it will take. Hmm? But, don't you have at least a minimum for the basic service? I dunno. I didn't pursue anything further.

Once the technician identified a leak in the turbocharger oil line, he sent us a quote including pictures and videos, and called us to explain the issue in detail. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned one star…read more I was explicitly told my car would be completed the same day if I brought it in. Based on that promise, I rearranged my schedule and dropped off my vehicle. After they already had my car, I was suddenly told it would actually take about three business days and that there was "nothing they could do." If that had been communicated from the beginning, I never would have brought my car there. What made this even more frustrating is that my car sat there all day without anyone even touching it. It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I can't recommend a business that promises one thing and then delivers the exact opposite.

I found a place that only wanted $600 labor I wanted to use Ben so I went to his shop to see if he would match the price. He did!!!! Ben is an honest person and not looking to make millions off people He also completed the job the same day. Amazing since removing the dash is a long tedious job. My total cost was $800 Labor and parts and vacuuming the system and Freon. Now my AC blows ice cold. I won't go anywhere else now for my auto needs. So don't be afraid to go here You will get an honest price and his mechanics are great

The convertible top on my Merc was having problems and Andy, the owner, knows all about the complex components and how they work backwards and forwards. I also got the service work down that was overdue (my bad) and tire rotation. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but, amazingly, the prices are reasonable (certainly substantially less than dealerships and most shops. Plus, they really stand behind their work with extensive warranties on their work. Last, but certainly not least, Cedes has magic component that no other facility does - Caryl (sp?) behind the front desk. She knows so much about all things Mercedes that it's scary, and she's funny while being totally straight forward and honest (as we all know, sometimes the truth can hurt!). Many thanks to all at Cedes, we will never go anywhere else.

They are always very thorough. Andy, the owner, i consider to have a PhD in Mercedes. He is really that knowledgeable !! I have a 2009 E550 and a 2007 CLS 550, so my two cars have the same engine and transmission, which makes home diagnostics easier for a problem before I take it in for service. I consider working with Andy a partnership in keeping my older model Mercedes running. Do not take your Mercedes to the local dealerships. Most of their technicians don't know what they are doing.
