1/5 Stars - Complete Nightmare…read more I brought my truck in for a check engine light, though it was running perfectly fine at the time. After their diagnostic, I approved $700 in repairs for a purge valve and vapor canister. I was asked to pick it up at 3:00 PM, but when I arrived, the truck wasn't ready and clearly wasn't running right. I had to come back the next day, and it has been a disaster ever since. The truck is now undriveable. I nearly got into a serious accident trying to merge into traffic because the vehicle just wouldn't accelerate. I am currently having it towed to another shop to figure out what they did. To make matters worse, they tried to claim it might be the oil pump--an issue that wouldn't even cause these symptoms and was already replaced recently. Avoid this shop. I paid $700 to have a functional vehicle turned into a safety hazard. Review will be deleted with a refund.

It seems that the latest fad in car washes is building do-it -yourself tunnel car washes. I can…read moreunderstand both the pros and the cons in building this type of system from a business perspective. One of the major pros for the business owner has to be the number of employees. The number of employees with a DIY tunnel system is much fewer than a full-service system. Allow me to explain the process. First, you pull up to the gate and use a touchscreen to choose the package that you want. The packages vary in add-ons and price. The more add-ons you get, the higher the price. They also have unlimited use packages where you can go to the car wash on a monthly basis as often as you want. Those automatically renew on your credit card every month until you give them notice that you want to discontinue. After you go through the car wash, you pull around to the left and use the "free" vacuums. They also have a device that washes your carpeted floor mats. It does a pretty good job. You can walk inside the office and they will provide towels that you can use to dry your vehicle. The blowers in the tunnel do a pretty good job of getting your car dry but as the typical tunnel systems go, it will leave water spots behind on your glass, chrome, and mirrors. They also sell automotive cleaning products inside. I did not look at them so I do not know if the prices are competitive to a local auto parts or Wal-Mart. As you can see, much of the system is DIY. Therefore, the number of employees you see working or fewer than a full-service system. Another pro is the amount of time you spend there. Even though you are doing it yourself, It is faster than going to a place and standing around waiting for employees to dry your vehicle. Personally, I would rather save the time and do it this way. One of the cons is simply the fact that tunnel system brushes never get all the dirt off your car. If you are drying your vehicle, You will notice that there are some places the brushes simply do not reach. You will need to clean those with elbow grease. However, I still prefer to do this over a full-service system simply because I don't think they pay that close of attention to the missed spots either. It is still cheaper to wash your car in your own driveway. However, you may not have all the amenities that you need to do a complete job. This is a more affordable option than going to a full-service business. Bottom line - This is a DIY tunnel system car wash that allows you to clean your car on an as-needed basis (or if you choose, as many times as you want on a monthly basis). You can vacuum your car and wash your floor mats yourself if you wish. All in all, I am happy with the process and price. I will be back.

They're very thorough, if you didn't know it was broken, you'll learn very soon. So everything they pointed out in my car, specifically was a very truthful assessment. I brought in my own sway bar stabilizing link kit/parts which they were more than okay with accommodating. I also brought in a physical mail coupon for their shop which made the inspection and emissions test entirely free. They also have online coupons on their website that you can use. This is after I was quoted over $700 for replacement of bilateral front sway bar stabilization links by my Acura dealership. The total cost for all of the work, not including the sway bar kit that I brought in myself, was about $165.00. Very reasonable. The shop has multiple kinda of snacks, bottled water, coffee, etc available for use while waiting with free WiFi. The customer service is impeccable. The owner, a very informed and friendly middle eastern woman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The owners and workers at the shop are open, honest, and efficient. In my opinion, this is the ideal local auto shop that anyone would be lucky to find. A diamond in the rough, truly. If I could give it 6 stars, then I would! I'll definitely be back, and you should too.

So a lil over 6 months ago I foolishly hired this guy with a mobile car repair service when I was living in Houston. Long story short on that is I basically got scammed out of $650 to get my car's a/c fixed. In comes this place earlier this week. I spoke to Sam, who was very kind and understanding. I told him the whole story and he told me he would take care of it. After dropping off the car on Monday, he called me around 12p and told me I had some major work that needed to be done. I asked him how long it would take, he said till Saturday. So Thursday rolls around, and I decided to give Sam a call, just to see how the repairs were going. He goes "boss your car is ready!"; I'm like "whaaaaat?!" Went to pick up the car and the a/c works great. Not a cheap job to be sure, but most a/c repairs aren't. Thanks to Sam and his crew for doing a great job and finishing before the deadline. Will definitely be back as I have some other things that need to be worked on. You guy's are great!
