Took me several weeks of calls to get the owner to come out. When he finally did, he brought entire crew, and was extremely rude. He stepped out of his truck his first words were "you go to be kidding me. this is what you called me out here about." "I thought you had bigger problems than this." "you know I charge $250 per hour." I replied that it was his job to make it right and if I was dissatisfied it is his job to fix the problems. I never asked him to bring his entire crew, and he never asked what the problems were before coming out. He was rude the entire visit and made threats as well. It was the worst customer service I have ever had with a contractor. After speaking with several people in the community, they were not surprised by his behavior. And other contractors had to come in and fix previous gutter installation jobs. I would not recommend this company for work.

However, when he was done, the mess that was left behind left a lot to be desired. Nothing was cleaned up, all of the old pipes were left laying around on the floor, even the dust mask he used was left on my stair banister. I thought when jobs like this were being done, the area should be put back to as close as possible to the way it was before the work was done. That definitely did not happen, so I was disappointed with the overall job.
