We went over with this company multiple times that we needed this fence to keep our dogs safely in our yard and they assured us that they would make it so. Then they installed the fence and there were huge gaps under the vinyl portion that they said had to be there for when the gated opened. They didn't offer to fill in the gaps or anything, left it to us. So, our chihuahua gets out of our yard on a monthly basis basically because she just digs right under the fence. Then we have a big shepherd and he started getting out because they didn't do the standard for dog fencing, which is a solid metal bar, like the one on top, as the bottom. This means the dogs cannot push the flexible chainlink up and get out. We mentioned this multiple times. Finally after our dog got out again and was almost lost to us, we got them to come back out to fix it. They charged us a couple thousand to run a flexible wire through the bottom of the chainlink. It's flexible! It doesn't do a darn thing and we had to pay thousands for their guys' time in doing the useless work. They have refused to correct their mistakes and our dogs keep getting out. It's dangerous and ridiculous that all they care about it getting their thousands and thousands of dollars and not about the original intention of the fence which again, we stated SO many time to them. We hired Endevers Fence after going through a ton of quotes by different "recommended" contractors in the area. Endevers hadn't come up on that list, but upon talking to my neighbor (and his fence looks great) I decided to get a quote from Endevers. Charles came out and gave a quote. He typed it up right there in the truck, which was really different (and appreciated). Most other contractors would say to wait for their email. He then mentioned that I could take down the old fence to save that $375 removal and disposal fee myself. I asked "Do I have to get rid of it?" to save that amount, and he noted "No, you just need to take it down and stack it up and we will dispose of it- it's not treated so it's not hazardous" Great- I had heard from the other contractors that it wasn't treated as well so that would save me some money. So the weekend before they came, I took down 160 feet of wooden fence and 90 feet of chain link fence. It rained all weekend- and I worked hard- 10 hour days or so. I took pictures as I was happy to save some money doing the hard work. I emailed to let them know that I had taken down the fence for the credit. The day before the fence was installed, the materals showed up. It was great, left mostly out of the way. The day of install we walked and marked off everything. The crew worked really hard putting the fence up. Charles asked me what was a good pizza place so he could buy his guys lunch. I was really impressed with this. They worked HARD- did I mention it rained all weekend? Between that and the roots of established trees, I knew it was a mess (because I took down the whole fence. Charles comes up to the door and says "Pardon my language, but this job was a b*tch" This took my wife a little off-guard, and later she said "Well he came and bid on it." I figured typical contractor talk. We walk around and it looks great. He then hands me the final invoice- it's for the amount he had initially quoted. I ask about the discount of $375, and he starts saying he has to DEP permit dump them. He said "Well I guess you can take $100 off." I was so disappointed. I didn't work 20 hours to do this, but I figured the work was done so well, I guess I would let it go. A couple weeks later, we tried to turn on the central air. It wasn't working. I called my contractor, and said that the line may have been hit when they were digging (he hadn't seen it yet, just had that thought based on what I told him). I let Charles know, and he came out maybe 15 minutes later and helped look. He dug down and we didn't see any damage, and the contractor later noted it was a leak in the indoor portion of the coil. Fast forward a month or so after installation, and we had a huge storm. A limb fell down on the chain-link portion of the fence, disconnected the terminal post cap. I sent pictures the same day. And it took over a month to get an actual response. And the quote was for over $400. I went to Lowes, got parts and fixed it for $30. So my trust in having a reliable fence contractor (and thus why I didn't make a big deal about the extra $275 that should have been taken off of my bill) was for nothing. Summary: They did good work, but didn't stand by their word with deduction of money and wanted to charge a lot for a repiar. read more

This company earns their 5-star rating! I was in awe at how quickly Charles and his crew took down my old wooden fence and installed a beautiful taupe vinyl fence... start to finish was 6 hours!!! Endevers Fence transformed my yard... looks completely different. Not only are their prices a lot lower than most fence installers, but the fence is a durable, high-quality product! Needed a quick repair on a latch that was installed a few years ago. Gate would not close and my dogs were getting out of the yard because of this. Endevers Fence did a great job on our vinyl fence. Right from the beginning, Charles made us feel comfortable explaining the entire process and gave us suggestions. We even received a quote before he left our consultation. The process was like clockwork. The day of the installation we received a call when the crew was arriving and they were spot on. Honesty is not the policy for this company. Got a quote for work for a simple job. No pole install just straight chain link and a door hinge repair. Thought 16 man hours at $52.50 per man was a long time and pricey but Charles is a "professional" and maybe the hinge is more complex than I thought. The job was completed in less than 3 hours and Charles is long gone. Called the next day to question their policy. Spoke with Charles. That's their policy to have the customer pay for downtime. Prep and apparently time to cash a check immediately and I'm apparently paying for his 65k truck. What does the truck cost have to do with me. If so you owe me the steering wheel. I received a quote for a job that was to take 8 hours but Charles is fast or maybe a little dishonest? Questioned my business ethics, "would I give money back if it took less time". I said YES, his response was I had bad business practices. I was foolish for trusting. You want happy clients, don't overcharge or inflate your time and tell them when they're honest that their business policy is wrong. Charging 5 hours to pick up chain link fence and cashing a check seems awfully long. Shame on me for trusting this company explicitly. Shame on them for taking advantage. read more

All companies should be run like this one. I made an appointment with Charles and Tara, the owners, to come to my property and give me an estimate. Charles gave me a very fair estimate and I knew after talking to him that he was the guy I was going to hire for the job. We ordered our fence a few days later and was given a date and time for installation. They showed up bright and early on the installation date and made short work of taking down my old fence and preparing to install the new fence. Unfortunately the fence was 4 foot and I ordered 6 foot...or so I thought. I told them to stop because it was the wrong fence. The job foreman then called Charles to let him know of his mistake. I immediately looked up my estimate and sure enough the fence we ordered was 4 foot. Charles called me back immediately apologizing for the mistake but I told him I was at fault also because I never even noticed we ordered a 4 foot fence instead of a 6 foot fence. A case of miscommunication as he put it. He made a couple of phone calls and placed a rush order on a new 6 foot fence. They will be returning in just 5 days to install the new fence.
