I've used Best Electric a number of times and will only use them exclusively. They've done projects necessary at my house but why they're so standout is what they do in the community and for the less fortunate. In 2020, my best friend's 13 year old son tragically lost his life, and I had to go in with restoration experts to desperately try to get the house not to be the scene she had left when she was able to return. During the restoration process we discovered a number of plumbing and electrical issues and me and some friends desperately called whatever professionals we could. (The plumber I knew who I used to work with responded "I don't work on weekends unless I have to" when we were having a 13 year old's funeral the next day, but that's another story / review. We were *paying* people, not asking for anybody to do their jobs for free but Best Electric swooped in and took care of everything gratis when they heard of the tragedy and this mother's grief. One of the young men doing the labor was also an amazing talented musician and wrote a song for the young man who lost his life. It's coming up on Mother's Day, and I will never forget Best Electric's contribution to healing above and beyond just being stellar at the service they provide.

They knew in advance that that is all that I needed done, and yet they sent two technicians on a job. The technicians were done in 10 minutes,. When they showed me the bill, I was shocked to see they were billing me for 2 hours, times two technicians! The bill was for more than $360! I complained, called their manager, who was very dismissive and did not want to back down, although I had screenshots of when I had called him in the morning (because they were late coming in) and knowing that it was now still LESS than ONE hour since then. The manager ended up lowering the bill to charging me for "only" two hours on one technician and one hour for the second technician, so the bill came down to $260. For the work that took them 10 minutes. I have used Best Electric in the past, and this had never happened before. I was always treated and charged appropriately. After today, I will never call them again.

I am restoring a home in Culloden. I called Absten & Sons to look at the gas package unit. It was…read more40 years old. They arrived on time and throughly looked over the entire system. We concluded that the unit needed to be replaced, the ducting system needed to be insulated, and the branch ducts needed to be replaced. That is a large scope of work with a potentially crippling price tag, but that was not the case. They gave me a reasonable price. They ordered the equipment and scheduled the installation for my preferred dates. Chase, Dusty, and Jason performed the installation over a 2 day period working over 10 hours each day. The outdoor temperatures were in the 30s. They were very attentive and focused on the installation and customer satisfaction. The sheet metal work was impressive. The efficiency of installing the new duct work was also impressive. They gave me regular updates throughout each day. The new unit works extremely well. They made a point of showing me the features of the unit and to explain the maintenance requirements. They included 1 year of free maintenance. I was also surprised with the inclusion of new grills for the air returns and new floor registers. Those were added features to the contract. Their attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. I highly recommend Absten & Sons.

The 2x Service Contract for seasonal changes was ridiculously affordable for the visits they will make today and in the Autumn.. He thoroughly examined my system, made the appropriate adjustments and nearly froze me out of my own house while double checking the accuracy of his adjustments. I will see them in 6-months and feel far more secure than when I simply ignored recommended seasonal evaluations and maintenance. I'm older and on a fixed, meager income. This was a good value, professional, easy to schedule. In my opinion, I highly recommend MMG.

I requested during normal work hours. There was a technician (JR Bishop) sent by noon the next day. Unlike most experiences, JR came in and found something very simple that was wrong and fixed it within 10 minutes. Something a technician would have to do but it was not a sales pitch to have more done. Since the service was top quality, I requested that he perform a normal maintenance and he did a top quality job. I would highly recommend this company, because it is obvious that quality and client service is practiced from all aspects of the Company.

The first time was over a year ago--they came to the rescue and fixed an issue that others couldn't. The second time, my home warranty company sent a contractor who tried to charge thousands for electrical work. Thankfully, I still had their card from the first job, so I called them again. Once more, they came through--doing the job right and within what the home warranty would actually cover. This is an honest company that does great work. The only downside is that they're hard to get a hold of and prioritize jobs based on urgency. But if you can get them to take your job--do it! Totally worth it. (But do me a favor and wait a bit--I've got more work for them: roofing, plumbing... I want to be first in line. )
