The recliners work quietly and smoothly, and I've never had a problem with the reserved seating. The staff at the snack counter are friendly and efficient. In general it's a bit older and some of the new theatre gloss has worth off, but I like this place a lot and I'll definitely be back. On a personal note, this is the last place I saw my sister-in-law before she died unexpectedly. We saw Wonder Woman together. Because of that I'll always think this place is just a bit special.

I completely agree with the older reviews that say that the seats were in bad shape. Lumpy and broken like alley trash sofas. BUT... They started replacing all their seats with giant leather recliners! Just watched Captain America Civil War (great reviews, bad movie) there just to try out the new seats. Best movie seats I've ever tried, including Gold Class LazyBoy seats at the PVR in New Delhi. They have an electronic reclining function, are huge, and have lots of space between seats. Seats come in pairs so you are closer to someone on one side than the other. You also book the seat that you want when you buy it. I know some theatres do this, but many don't. I think every theatre should. It's WAY better. You don't need to arrive super early to get the seat you want. No fuss. They did not upgrade their sound and screens, so I don't recommend seeing big special effect movies there. This is a great theatre setup for dialogue focused movies like dramas and comedies. The screen and sound is mediocre, but that doesn't matter for those movies. Kick off your shoes, pull into a recline, and enjoy :)

I redeemed my points to see Photograph using the Cineplex app. I took in a matinee. I had no problem finding the theatre. There was plenty of parking. There were also a number of restaurants around the theatre. Cool! I headed into the theatre. It is your typical Cineplex with kiosks to buy tickets, a ticket counter to purchase tickets from a human being, an arcade area, and concession stands. I liked everything. I didn't buy any snacks. I brought in a bottle of Diet Coke instead. It went unnoticed. The man scanned my ticket. He was nice and hoped that I would enjoy the movie. I used the women's washroom. It has a TV in there. The colour scheme is bright and cheerful. The sink area has pretty lighting, so you can apply your makeup or look at the dried mustard that you forgot to wipe off your face after consuming a hot dog in the dark. The washroom was clean. The theatre that I was in was spacious. The seat that I was in was comfy. I stretched my legs. The screen was crisp, although there were issues trying to get the movie's audio to start at first. All was fixed after the first trailer had ended. Patrons watching the movie with me were respectful. Yes! They weren't disruptive during the entire movie, which I appreciated. The bathrooms and children's birthday party rooms were definitely dated but sufficient. If you are looking for somewhere to take the family I think this would be fine, however if you are looking to impress someone on a date I would probably select a recently renovated theatre.

Adult tickets are $10, if you pre-order online it's +$1 which is worth it so you don't hafta get there early to save seats! Even the popcorn, concession is cheaper. 2. Staff are friendly. Yes, theatre has less and smaller screens, but it has a cozy feeling! 3. Normal sound levels. I don't feel as though I've suffered from hearing loss after watching a flick! 4. A/C isn't blasting, again, normal level. I didn't feel as though I needed a blanket/wrap. 5. Theatre goers are respectful and do not act like wild animals, leaving garbage everywhere, taking your assigned seats, and they keep quiet while movie is playing, etc. You know, normal things. 6. Clean. Theatres, hallway, restrooms were kept clean. 7. They have DOLE WHIP! So if you miss this not-super-sweet treat in Hawaii/Disneyland, it's here for $5.75 for a shareable portion.
