Had a great time in the VIP section. There ample amount of parking available. Once inside there's a small arcade to enjoy as well. The vip section is completely separate from the main theather. The bathroom is clean and modern. Once inside, theres a bar & lounge area. The theatre room itself had temperature control (cold and hot) recliner seats! You must arrive earlier if you want to order food from your seat. The menu has a variety of options, Tuesday is Taco night! They bring the food, popcorn & drinks to your seat. Overall, really enjoyed the experience watching a movie here.

This theatre was on a shortlist of theatres that were showing the anime movie Psycho-Pass Providence. It was only showing on the regular screens, so unfortunately there was no VIP for this (although I'm not sure if they have that at this theatre). A bunch of the doors at the entrance open up into the arcade which is a fun way to enter. It was a little busy at the concession stand, so we had some time to look around. The ceiling right above the line there has twinkly star lights. Look for the shooting stars here! The staff seemed to manage the lines well as they started opening up additional cash locations and directed people in the line to the newly opened registers. The actual theatre we were in felt a bit smaller. It was almost like it was set up to be VIP. I'm not sure if it was just because the movie that we were watching wasn't in Dolby Digital sound or whatever but I could hear and almost feel some of the more intense sound effects from the neighboring theatre rooms. I was still able to enjoy the movie but it was noticable.

Actual cinema(s) are quite nice. Good staff... manager who refunded are tickets very nice. Unfortunately about 20 teenagers all talking an/or on phones ruined it. Weekday matinees are probably the best options if you,'re over 30 :) Decline of western civilization and rude people kinda suck, no...!????

The theaters themselves are quite nice. We go to VIP here often and love it. The problem is with their Starbucks coffee snack bar area. I am attaching a photo of the lattee machine which they do NOT clean after every drink is made. This is how the machine was left after they made my drink. I have seen this before here but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Has no one at this snack bar received basic cleanliness training? This is disgusting.

12/31/2019 The movie theatre is just like any other Cineplex theatre. I went here during a Tuesday because of the Tuesday discount. The service is good, the place is decently clean and they seem to have a large selection of movies you can choose from. The location of this place is pretty great - there is a large selection of restaurants, dessert places and other entertainment venues nearby. There is a lot of parking space. The seats itself was basic enough- nothing fancy but no squeaky or loose chairs.

You know what? I've been thinking about it and the "no refills" thing is really petty and seriously irks me. Two stars instead of three.

Tip: All seats recline in all theatres…read more My first experience at a Cineplex Junxion was in Winnipeg. I loved that it felt like you were in a VIP theatre, as every seat reclines. The hot foods had more variety than your typical Cineplex theatre. However, you're not paying for VIP tickets and getting meals delivered to your seat. I wanted to visit a Cineplex that I had never visited. I found this one at Erin Mills Town Centre. It's not far away from my workplace, so I decided to take in a movie after work. I drove over here when the wildfires had just started on a Wednesday. On a good note, I was going to be indoors. I'll always associate an orange sky as the backdrop to this movie theatre. I managed to nab a parking spot fairly close to the entrance. I pulled into in and was happy. I like that there's the Erin Mills Town Centre entrance to the mall next door to the Cineplex Junxion entrance. It's nice having two separate, distinct entrances. The entertainment area greeted me when I walked in. There were lots of games to play, from racing games on motorcycles, to claw games. The concession stands were busy. I wanted a regular drink and small popcorn. I am fortunate to get a 20% discount at the concession stands for as a CineClub member. It still isn't cheap getting snacks, but it's okay to splurge when you need some. The man putting together my order was friendly and competent. I got my cup for the fancy beverage machine and my small popcorn. I thanked him and hit the machine to figure out what I wanted. I got a medium Barq's strawberry zero-sugar cream soda. I later came by to refill it before I left. It was so good. The washrooms are before you show your ticket to the Cineplex staffer. I dropped by before heading to the theatre. The woman's washroom was vast, bright, and super clean. I liked that there was a ledge in each washroom stall for your drink or popcorn. The design by the sink area is compact. Each mirror had a sink, soap dispenser, and dryer. The sensors worked well, which I liked not waving my hands around like a maniac to get something to activate. Toy Story 5 piqued my interest. I bought my ticket through the Cineplex app. I showed the QR code on my phone to the cheerful man by the theatres. He scanned it and let me know where the theatre was. I thanked him and headed over there. I plopped myself down. The recliner chair was exceptionally comfortable. I put my feet up and reclined. I had a large tray table to put my popcorn down. There was also a drink holder. When I booked my ticket, no one was seated behind me. To my chagrin, a group of five were behind me. I'd say that two adults and three kids were there. At first, I was dreading getting my chair kicked incessantly and kids screaming in excitement or in a tantrum. Nope. This theatre is so different. I got none of that. The recliner seats are spread out for, um, reclining. Anklebiters don't have long enough legs to hit the seat in front. Heck, adults can't do it either. Yay, freedom! The kids ended up being quiet. Nice! I will admit that the recliner was too comfortable. I managed to take a nap during the pre-show. It was exceptionally relaxing in a reclined position. I was perhaps missing a blanket to catch up on my sleep. I do like animated movies with themes for everyone. Toy Story 5 was 1.5 hours in length, which is the perfect movie length. It was enjoyable to watch. I do like this place a lot. I'd return. It's great! (315)

We walked the wrong way and I hope the information board could improve and locate it better later. It not only provides movies but also has restaurant & bar and games area. The entire environment is very clean and spacious. We just played at the games area and this was my first time there. The area is quite big and they have two separate areas. Each game has a lot of space for you to play so you don't have to worry about hitting other people. I'd say kids will have a lot of fun here because most of the games are kid-friendly. They also have some exciting games such as axe throwing and shooting games. My favorite is the Mario car, but they only have two seats for players. But I think each game is quite expensive compared to other game areas. If you have spare time here or before watching your movie, it's okay to play these kinds of games sometimes.
