She showed me some color samples and helped me choose the one for me. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for in a hair color. She was very polite and spunky and talkative; she made me feel at ease and comfortable. I loved the color instantly as soon as I saw it. She didn't have to cut too much of my hair since I had gotten it cut only a month ago and didn't want to take any more length off, but she did spruce up my thick bangs and did a great job. She also blew-dry and straightened my hair. Highly recommended, plus the shop is adorable, clean, and quiet (not a lot of phone calls or walk-ins who normally disturb an appointment in other shops).
