Andrea is warm and welcoming. I've both attended and hosted workshops at her shop. 100% recommend.

I just wrote a lengthy letter but somehow lost it before I could post it. My sister, Peggy & I were…read morein shopping on Sunday, Nov. 2nd. We purchased (4) of the children's white t-shirts that turn to color in the sun. Z, (not sure on this spelling) was the gentleman who helped us out. We were pressed for time & in a big hurry. I purchased (3) mens t-shirts.There was one I got for my husband that referred to drinking & even though he only drinks non-alcoholic beer the shirt was very fitting. I purchased another one for my grandson, can't recall what was on it. I don't have the shirts in front of me. Z had shown me one of a drinking skeleton that I didn't care. He showed me another drinking one that I really liked. I was purchasing that one for someone in my family as a Christmas gift. I double checked my receipt before I left the area & I was charged for an extra shirt I didn't want. Z was gracious enough to oblige me & accepted the return. As we were driving a distance away I decided to look at all my items. I was so disappointed to see in my bag was a tee that Z showed me & I didn't like at all. It had on the back this big hugh medallion of Madeira Beach. I didn't care for the color of the shirt, what it said & the design. I've been calling the store but nobody picks up. I need something to be done so that I may get the correct shirt I wanted. I don't know if there's a way that I may contact you to see how this mishap maybe corrected. I do appreciate your assistance in this matter. I have yet to rate your store, this is something I'll be happy to complete upon my problem being taken care of. Thank you. Sincerely, Christine E. These are they last 4 numbers of the card I used for the transaction. (7599) It made me fill the stars. As of right now it's how I feel about my order being so screwed up. I'll be happy to write another review.

This business presents itself as charitable, but my experience showed otherwise…read more A suit belonging to my late uncle was accidentally donated here during a home clean-out. Once the mistake was discovered, I immediately contacted the store, explained the situation, and asked to recover the item. This is an exceptionally rare suit with historical significance. The Country Music Hall of Fame has expressed interest in preserving it. My intent was never resale or profit -- only preservation. One of the owners initially agreed to sell the suit back to me for $1,000, which I was ready to pay. That agreement was later canceled after others affiliated with the store became involved. The price was raised to $4,000. After they learned I was trying to raise funds to recover the suit, the price was increased again -- this time to $20,000. Despite acknowledging the donation was a mistake, the situation was treated strictly as a revenue opportunity. There was no compassion, no effort to correct the error -- only escalating prices. If you donate or shop here, understand this is not a charitable organization in practice. Items are resold for maximum profit, including through affiliated resellers who split proceeds with the store. I'm sharing this so the public can make informed decisions about where they donate and who they support.
