Natalia was exceptional! My children had a wonderful experience during our session :) My sons, Zach and Cloud, were dressed as little warriors, and my daughter, Kira, transformed into a fairy. The entire experience was fun, beautifully executed, and truly magical! Natalia was warm, patient, and attentive with our children. She guided them through each pose, kept them engaged, and added to the enchantment by blowing bubbles throughout the session. I had a really great experience here. I waited until I had my photo review to do my review here to ensure I could give the full experience. I had an ad pop up on my Instagram for the free 8x10 photo and I thought it sounded super cool. I applied for an invite and received one. I paid the $25 sitting fee, and made my appointment. I chose this location as it's close to where I live. My photographer was Mala and she helped me from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly and since I went alone, she took photos of me in their lobby which are the photos I posted. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable doing this experience as an adult as a lot of people do it for their children. She asked me which color dress I wanted from the three they had. I believe the choices were blue, purple and pink. I chose pink. They only have one fitting room so it truly is a personalized experience. She had me do many poses for my photo shoot and made sure I was comfortable and she was very complimentary. When I was done, she scheduled my zoom meeting to review my photos for two weeks out. (Today) I was nervous after reading the reviews so I went into it with a firm decision of what I wanted, which was my free 8x10 photo. He had me go through my photos and say Pass, Maybe or Yes and I made sure if I liked a photo I said MAYBE, and not yes as I didn't want to be committed to a purchase by saying yes. I suggest doing that as I don't know what saying yes means. I see reviews saying you can't go back to photos. Everything I said maybe to was on the screen to the end for me to review. The gentleman that led the zoom was very nice and was not pushy at all. He asked if I was familiar with the book, and I said I was but for me that was more appropriate for children. He asked if I had children or grandchildren and I stated I do not. He said it would be a great keepsake if I did but he understood. He went over a few options of packages on the photos I said "maybe" to. Again, I feel it's important to say maybe and not yes. I decided to only go with my free 8x10 and he said no problem, confirmed my address and said expect my photo in 6-8 weeks. No attitude, not pushy, he was very pleasant. Please do your due diligence and you will have a great experience. I hope my review helps with that. Be honest and open with your children. Maybe don't include them on the zoom meeting so their hopes and dreams aren't crushed when you don't spend thousands of dollars on everything. Unless that is your plan going into it. Keep it real and you'll have a good experience here like I did! I also tipped the photographer in the lobby when I checked out $20 so my total expense for this experience was $45 and it was well worth it. read more

This was my second visit, as my first was unsuccessful due to my baby being upset and crying, which required us to reschedule. The second visit went much more smoothly. There was no loud music, and the room temperature was more comfortable than the first time, making the environment less overstimulating for my baby. They also had the purple dress available this time, along with more baby-friendly props, which was a nice improvement. I won a "free" enchanted fairies photo session that included one complimentary print. After the shoot, I was invited to a Zoom meeting to select photos. At the end of the meeting, I was told I had to choose a package on the spot if I wanted more than one photo. Even when trying to negotiate for just a few photos, the pricing was extremely high and it was framed as though the only reasonable choices were their highly priced packages. I went ahead and decided on their smallest package. It was a high pressure tactic to get me to choose on the spot and I regret it deeply. I agreed in the moment and signed, but within about 30 minutes I reached out to cancel and request a refund after realizing it was not a smart decision to finance nearly $4,000 for printed photos (a cost comparable to wedding photography btw). At that time, no artwork or editing had begun on the photos and nothing had been delivered. Instead of honoring the cancellation, I was told to make an appt with client relations through a scheduling platform. No direct number to call, just the link. They apologized and sounded empathetic in that moment - which led me to believe they would help me resolve this situation. I also spoke and requested the art department to specifically hold off on any art work until I resolve my issue - again they ensured they wouldn't start any thing yet and sounded very empathetic. The client relations meeting had to be postponed due to conflicting schedules but during this waiting period I ended up receiving the digital images of the edited, painted FINISHED photos I specifically asked for them to hold off on. They essentially continued to go with the scheduled plan without my consent. Once we finally had the meeting they did not try to see how they could make it work for me. They essentially restated their policy. They cannot address any refunds due to the contract signed. Even when I requested a refund right after signing. I wish someone would have told me this earlier that they were never planning on giving me a refund rather than relying on false hope from their deceiving customer service. They will act like they care about you but they really don't. They are trained to know exactly how to respond to frequently asked questions and deceive you into thinking they care. They don't care- they just want your money. Please don't make my mistake unless you are okay with spending more than $4000-$10k on printed photos in a high pressure meeting which by the way is NOT WORTH IT. read more

I signed up for a $50 deal from IG and drove an hour to Plano for the experience which wasn't bad, but when it got down to reviewing the photos with Gerry OMG WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! He was totally rude and inconveniencing and made the experience way more unpleasant that I ever expected or had time for. He Was not considerate, did not honor timing and made up rules and reason to not let me see my photos. Like WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE PHOTOS OF ME AND MY SON!? Totally suspect. Highly DO NOT recommend. June at the Plano, TX location (which I drove an hour out to) was a complete graceful treat but Gerry - the zoom facilitator- really made it a difficult process after the fact! Everything from start to finish went amazing! We were greeted and told how our appointment was going to go about. I'd say everything would have gone smoothly, if my son was more cooperative. It's been a beautiful experience to see my kids enjoy their photo but it's been an unpleasant experience on waiting for my portrait that I was supposed to receive 6-8 weeks since selecting which photo I wanted. It's going to be a year next month and I am yet to receive my portrait!! Every time I contact someone from the company I always get the same message , "we are so sorry please allow an other 6-8 weeks." I am sorry but I would say save your money because it's super overpriced. I paid a little over 1,500 for 3 pictures and one portrait I yet to receive.
