Natalia was exceptional! My children had a wonderful experience during our session :) My sons, Zach and Cloud, were dressed as little warriors, and my daughter, Kira, transformed into a fairy. The entire experience was fun, beautifully executed, and truly magical! Natalia was warm, patient, and attentive with our children. She guided them through each pose, kept them engaged, and added to the enchantment by blowing bubbles throughout the session. Her whimsical and charismatic approach, paired with her talent behind the camera resulted in some truly stunning shots. The set was filled with tree stumps, moss, flowers, and giant mushrooms! I had a really great experience here. I waited until I had my photo review to do my review here to ensure I could give the full experience. I had an ad pop up on my Instagram for the free 8x10 photo and I thought it sounded super cool. I applied for an invite and received one. I paid the $25 sitting fee, and made my appointment. I chose this location as it's close to where I live. My photographer was Mala and she helped me from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly and since I went alone, she took photos of me in their lobby which are the photos I posted. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable doing this experience as an adult as a lot of people do it for their children. She asked me which color dress I wanted from the three they had. I believe the choices were blue, purple and pink. I chose pink. They only have one fitting room so it truly is a personalized experience. She had me do many poses for my photo shoot and made sure I was comfortable and she was very complimentary. When I was done, she scheduled my zoom meeting to review my photos for two weeks out. (Today) I was nervous after reading the reviews so I went into it with a firm decision of what I wanted, which was my free 8x10 photo. He had me go through my photos and say Pass, Maybe or Yes and I made sure if I liked a photo I said MAYBE, and not yes as I didn't want to be committed to a purchase by saying yes. I suggest doing that as I don't know what saying yes means. I see reviews saying you can't go back to photos. Everything I said maybe to was on the screen to the end for me to review. The gentleman that led the zoom was very nice and was not pushy at all. He asked if I was familiar with the book, and I said I was but for me that was more appropriate for children. He asked if I had children or grandchildren and I stated I do not. He said it would be a great keepsake if I did but he understood. He went over a few options of packages on the photos I said "maybe" to. Again, I feel it's important to say maybe and not yes. I decided to only go with my free 8x10 and he said no problem, confirmed my address and said expect my photo in 6-8 weeks. No attitude, not pushy, he was very pleasant. Please do your due diligence and you will have a great experience. I hope my review helps with that. Be honest and open with your children. Maybe don't include them on the zoom meeting so their hopes and dreams aren't crushed when you don't spend thousands of dollars on everything. Unless that is your plan going into it. Keep it real and you'll have a good experience here like I did! I also tipped the photographer in the lobby when I checked out $20 so my total expense for this experience was $45 and it was well worth it. read more

This was my second visit, as my first was unsuccessful due to my baby being upset and crying, which required us to reschedule. The second visit went much more smoothly. There was no loud music, and the room temperature was more comfortable than the first time, making the environment less overstimulating for my baby. They also had the purple dress available this time, along with more baby-friendly props, which was a nice improvement. I've only seen a preview of the photos so far, so I can't comment on the final images yet--only on the overall experience read more

I signed up for a $50 deal from IG and drove an hour to Plano for the experience which wasn't bad, but when it got down to reviewing the photos with Gerry OMG WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! He was totally rude and inconveniencing and made the experience way more unpleasant that I ever expected or had time for. He Was not considerate, did not honor timing and made up rules and reason to not let me see my photos. Like WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE PHOTOS OF ME AND MY SON!? Totally suspect. Highly DO NOT recommend. June at the Plano, TX location (which I drove an hour out to) was a complete graceful treat but Gerry - the zoom facilitator- really made it a difficult process after the fact! I won a "free" enchanted fairies photo session that included one complimentary print. After the shoot, I was invited to a Zoom meeting to select photos. At the end of the meeting, I was told I had to choose a package on the spot if I wanted more than one photo. Even when trying to negotiate for just a few photos, the pricing was extremely high and it was framed as though the only reasonable choices were their highly priced packages. I went ahead and decided on their smallest package. It was a high pressure tactic to get me to choose on the spot and I regret it deeply. I agreed in the moment and signed, but within about 30 minutes I reached out to cancel and request a refund after realizing it was not a smart decision to finance nearly $4,000 for printed photos (a cost comparable to wedding photography btw). At that time, no artwork or editing had begun on the photos and nothing had been delivered. Instead of honoring the cancellation, I was told to make an appt with client relations through a scheduling platform. No direct number to call, just the link. They apologized and sounded empathetic in that moment - which led me to believe they would help me resolve this situation. I also spoke and requested the art department to specifically hold off on any art work until I resolve my issue - again they ensured they wouldn't start any thing yet and sounded very empathetic. The client relations meeting had to be postponed due to conflicting schedules but during this waiting period I ended up receiving the digital images of the edited, painted FINISHED photos I specifically asked for them to hold off on. They essentially continued to go with the scheduled plan without my consent. Once we finally had the meeting they did not try to see how they could make it work for me. They essentially restated their policy. They cannot address any refunds due to the contract signed. Even when I requested a refund right after signing. I wish someone would have told me this earlier that they were never planning on giving me a refund rather than relying on false hope from their deceiving customer service. They will act like they care about you but they really don't. They are trained to know exactly how to respond to frequently asked questions and deceive you into thinking they care. They don't care- they just want your money. Please don't make my mistake unless you are okay with spending more than $4000-$10k on printed photos in a high pressure meeting which by the way is NOT WORTH IT. read more

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!! SCAMMMM!!! I had won a "free" session with my daughters for a photo shoot a few months back and after the premier of the photos we were told that we would no longer have access to any of our photos ever again. I just received an email saying I could get ALL my digital photos of my girls for $200? We paid over $2000 for only a selected few for digital ones including a painting. Why isn't the digital photos for all the photos offered during the premier? I feel very disappointed and dissatisfied with this outcome!! I don't understand why we were told we wouldn't have another opportunity to have our daughters photos only for a few months later be offered initially what we wanted (all digital photos) for less than 10% of the price. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm furious that it cost us that much money for precious memories only for it to be so much cheaper later. Unfair and unprofessional. I would like someone to reach out and see how we can solve this situation. At this point I want All my digital photos, a story book, another framed painting picture of my size choice to cover the difference in price that we already paid. I think that is a fair resolution to this issue ! I am beyond pissed and I don't want to hear about the "investment" crap. We were tricked and lied to. (He had just woken up from his nap) but even then, our photographer was so patient with us and tried everything to get him to get comfortable. I have seen many Facebook ads for this photo session. After the fourth time, I decided go try and get it for Orange County sessions since it had a good cause tied to it (helping kids). I booked on 10/2/22 and my kids sat for the photo session on 1/22/23. The place was 30miles away from my house and we tried to call and update on slight delay. The number did not have a live person. New site is located in a business center. Of course on a Sunday at 6pm, there were only a couple cars. Gives a spooky feeling at night. We walked in, not a fan of white hospital lighting. The green foliage wall with neon letters and fancy looking furniture was nice. A lady sat at the desk quietly typing away. We didn't get greeted by her but the assistant. I did not get the assistants name but she was very nice. Warm and really tried to make this a fair tale experience for them. The have no camera signs around. The girls chose a dress, myself and the assistant helped them change. Took some of our own photos in the lobby before entering the photography room with set. The lady at her desk ended up being our photographer. She was more cold and did not have friendly vibes. She gave the impression she was tired. Done and over it on a Sunday evening. Her assistant definitely worked harder. My two girls each got their owns sitting time. Very cookie cutter poses with props. Treasure box. Book. Shiny ball. Bird. Sword and bow. I asked if they had the unicorn and they didn't. Guess the forest wa the only stop. When they did the joint photos, they removed their wings to prevent ruining them by sitting close. The photographer said, "they'll just photoshop that in." The assistant told the kids, "the magical process will put wings in the photos." I get everything is photoshopped but it would be nice to fake it for the kids. I mean in the end, fairies are fake too. After the finished with the together photos, we were out of the dress. The photographer signed us up for the zoom meetings to preview and made sure she wrote her name down for a review. The entire time we were there, I didn't see much enthusiasm from the female Photographer until the "write me a review and mention my name part." Feelings so far after the sitting session... 1) I wish they disclosed which props and setting they had before you sign up. 2) the photographer had me sit down on the bench when I was trying to help get my kid to smile. I found this to be rude. Is it so wrong to want to ensure the one hour is not wasted on crappy photos? 3) wish the props and poses weren't so cookie cutter. 4) photographer and assistance spoke in another Language/maybe Russian in between poses and re arranging the kids.
