I also really appreciated how they approached any misbehavior. You know, our toddlers tell us everything and for the most part some kids are just learning how to play well with others and I feel that this school really gave space with that while also doing the necessary incident reports. Lastly, our son was blessed to have grown with his classmates. I don't know what in the world is going on. I thought this establishment cared about the LGBTQ+ community. It has signs up that says all are welcome. Welp. It's not true! I mean. Another child had the teacher put one leg on his neck and the other leg on his back to prevent him from standing up while she chatted on the phone. When we spoke to the owner, she said those teachers were the best ones and that my friend's son, who is 16 months old) forgot the rules ( he was absent for 2 days because of fever). The owner/ manager kicked us out and told us that they are not the right day care for us especially that we threatened to call the police. We ended up calling the police and forwarded them an the screen shots my friend took from the video online streaming service they provide. The police investigated and the case is with child abuse detective and with the child services. I'm not sure if it is ok for me to post the pictures here or not. I will check and revisit this.

I have seen the managers getting after the teachers for doing their job. There was a teacher today that I saw working hard and got yelled at for not being with her class even though she was. They take out their stress on teachers and I hate seeing it as a former teacher myself, especially after seeing it happen almost daily! No wonder they are starting to have so many teachers leave!! We love my son's teacher but are tempted to leave after seeing how they treat others. I usually see it in the evening with one of the staff that is new to management when it comes to the yelling at multiple teachers. The only reason I am staying at this point is because we paid for summer camp and my son loves his B group teachers. The only way I will be staying past summer is if the management starts treating their staff like people and caring for them instead of yelling at them for going the extra mile and helping their peers out, which I have noticed quite a bit. On top of it all, the place is messy! I have seen vents full of dust, teachers sweeping but the floors looking like they need mopped for once, and others just pushing through their day without cleaning up the food off the floor. Gross! I know I may not have the same experience as everyone else, however I know my experience needed to be placed so others know what they are walking into. Especially after talking with other parents who have seen the issues as well!
