I got what I wanted, we started chatting, and I ended buying a 'go pro' style camera that was on special, simply because he was so knowledgeable and friendly! I told him my problems. Told him to throw out the Internet pc, and see what he could do with my Photoshop pc. I spent the weekend mourning my PCs. Called him on Monday. HE FIXED BOTH COMPUTERS. From my 1st phone call to Mohamed inquiring about pricing and repair time worked well for me. He even called me back after store hours to facilitate the repair. Surprisingly, he also fixed a driver problem causing my touch pad to be disabled with no extra charge. The cost was $45 as quoted and honored by Mohamed, I gave him $60 since if felt he truly went the distance for me. He is a real honest gentleman. I have been buying and building PC's for over 30 years, in my opinion, you cannot go wrong entrusting your PC needs with this company. Even if you do not live in the vicinity of this store, I highly recommend the extra trip.
