I would argue I had the BEST bridal appointment in the history of all time. Laura was a STAR. Truly empathetic, sweet, fun, and just the absolute best human ever. It truly made any other appointment I went to seem far lack luster in comparison. Laura made me feel not only like a celebrity, but such a special bride. I am so grateful she was my stylist and honestly, I would pay twice as much just to come back and have her style me again. The natural light in En Blanc made for a great experience and amazing photos so when it was time to look back, I really felt like I was looking at the most honest to life photos. I had a very disappointing experience with this bridal store and feel it's important to share for future brides. When I originally purchased my dress, I was specifically assured that it would come in my size and that I would only need very minor alterations, just a hem and bustle. Unfortunately, when the dress arrived, it looked nothing like how it did when I first tried it on. I was shocked and immediately stressed, especially because my wedding date was set for March 19th. When I brought the dress to the alterations team, they were genuinely surprised by what they saw and questioned how I had been told the dress only needed minimal work when it clearly required extensive alterations. I was informed the dress needed at least three weeks of work to properly fix and tailor it to my body. Because of this, my wedding date ultimately had to be pushed a few weeks just so my dress could be ready in time. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy and accountability from the store owner throughout this process. I sent an email simply explaining the situation and expressing how stressful it had been for me as a bride. I was not asking for a refund, compensation, or anything in return, I only wanted my concerns to be heard. Instead, the responses I received felt passive aggressive and dismissive, which made an already emotional situation even more upsetting. While I'm grateful the alterations team was able to save the situation, my experience with the bridal store itself was deeply disappointing and not at all what I envisioned during such an important time in my life. If I would have known, I wouldn't have bought my dress from here. Super disappointing experience and I do not recommend this store whatsoever. read more

I had such a lovely experience at En Blanc and would absolutely recommend it to any bride looking for their dress! I worked with Laura who was an absolute dream: she heard everything I said, made me feel unbelievably comfortable, and held my hand through the entire process. Rounding up from 4.5 stars! I had my eye and heart set on a gown from Chosen by Kyha, and there were only two stores in California where she was in stock. En Blanc was one of them. I'm so glad I made the trip to LA because it was so worth it. Genie was my stylist, and she is fantastic! I appreciated feeling represented. Genie understood my very Vietnamese mother as well and made me feel comfortable. She's very knowledgeable and accessorized me perfectly. She even helped hold my phone so my maid of honor on facetime could see/"be there" with me. I ended up purchasing the veil she styled me with as well. I was a bit more behind schedule (ordered my gown less than 6 months out from my wedding) so I appreciate En Blanc's hustle and tenacity getting my order in, and reassurance and communication that there'd be no delays. Unfortunately Genie was not there when I came to pick up my gown. The pickup appointment was fine...I got to try the gown on, ask a few questions, but overall it seemed like a more rushed appointment even though it was a Wednesday and the store was completedly empty. The stylist who wasn't Genie seemed like she wanted me to leave ASAP. So 1/2 star off for that. Overall, I recommend En Blanc for their selection (Chosen by Kyha stockist, as well as, off the top of my head: Anne Barge, Amsale, Anna Campbell, Liz Martinez, maybe House of Flora?) and ordering process. Made an appointment at En Blanc to see their sample pieces in store. There is a $25 fee for booking an appointment (which I believe can later go to whatever you purchase in store). Whether you were browsing samples or trying on the new collection, you were treated the same with a spacious dressing area and personal stylist. Our stylist was amazing and I wish now I could remember her name but she was friendly, approachable, and got a good feel of the style you were looking for early on. I was interested here after looking at their website and seeing large selection of samples (I'm late to the game so decided to go the sample route). Although I'm not sure I found anything this time, I think it's definitely worth going! read more

What started as a wonderful experience turned horrible and I want to warn all of you brides out there! After visiting many shops in LA and beyond, my last stop was En Blanc and it was perfect. I loved my consultant and chose 2 dresses for my November wedding. My total was over 10k spent at En Blanc. When picking them up - one was missing the sleeves and the second was a Shein version of the sample dress I had tried on and loved. The color, fabric, cut of the top and style of the bottom were all wrong. I was unable to pull the dress up on my torso and the back was bunched and not the column we agreed to. To the naked eye looking quickly, the differences may not be apparent. However, as soon as I put the dress on my body, I could tell it was so different that I was almost embarrassed to come out of the dressing room to show my 2 girlfriends I had brought. Take a look at the picture to see the very apparent color different (new dress was yellow and sample which I am wearing was white). Mistakes happen so I was open to having En Blanc either remake the dress to have it look like the sample or go just go a different way altogether. However, En Blanc denied anything was wrong with the dress - even that the fabric was a different color! Since we couldn't agree the fabric was different (sample was white, dress delivered has yellow tinge) there was no sense in having them remake it as I had no confidence in a potential remake. If you can't admit the problem, how do we get to a good solution? En Blanc then said they would keep the deposit - I was beside myself. They wanted to keep ~$2700 since I "signed a contract" although this dress was a cheap version of the sample style plus didn't fit well. Long story short, after I told them I would take this to small claims, they told me they spoke with the designer and would indeed refund me. This was after almost an hour of arguing with their Manager, Elle and the owner. Be very aware that if something goes wrong, not only will they not help, they will also gaslight you into thinking it's all fine. I had recommended this place to a few friends and coworkers and feel now inclined to warn potential shoppers that this place is incredibly dishonest! On top of it all, Elle and Bridget are both rude - claiming "they know the business" and will make you feel crazy if you tell them something is off. BEWARE! read more

I had purchased a wedding dress and a couple months before my wedding our venue suffered a landslide and was closed down. Morale was very low at this point (I did not feel my best during the other 2 appointments in the morning). When we got in, we had gorgeous Laura as my stylist. I found and purchased my wedding dress off of the sample rack at En Blanc in June! The space was tastefully decorated and intimate, the gown selection was fantastic, and everyone working there was absolutely lovely. By far the best part of the experience was my stylist, Pearl, who had no qualms about my lower budget and ended up pulling my (under budget!) Pronovias gown when it wasn't even on my initial list. Pearl also suggested adding a silk scarf, which fully tied the look together and made it feel special. En Blanc also gave me a list of recommended tailors for alterations, so that's one more thing off of my list! I was Melissa K.'s matron of honor last month, and back in October, her mom and I accompanied her to En Blanc to look at wedding dresses. Our friend Esther A. had gotten hers here (a gorgeous Liz Martinez, I think--the wedding was immediate family only, thanks to COVID, but I drank in the pictures), and it seemed like a good place to see a lot of nice dresses all at once. We had a Friday morning appointment, and Mel was one of only two brides to be trying on dresses while we were there. The boutique was very pretty, with a flowery, romantic bridal shop vibe that felt more high-end than cheesy Pinterest board. We were helped by a friendly, efficient consultant who walked us through the shop, getting a sense of Mel's preferences, then started pulling dresses for her to try. This was a great system, as it's hard to tell what a dress will look like just by seeing it on the hanger, and also after a rack or two of long white dresses, they do start to blur together. The consultant picked like a dozen amazing dresses by designers from several different countries. Mel works out about seventeen times a week, so it was really fun watching her try on gown after expensive, beautiful gown, like being at a fashion show where one of your best friends is the only model. By the end of our visit, there were three dresses that she liked more or less equally, and any one of them would've been perfect for her beach wedding in Mexico. She got married in one of them, by Australian designer Chosen, and she looked extraordinary. I'm not getting married again anytime soon, but if I were, I'd schedule a consultation with En Blanc. It was a fun, exciting experience, and we got to see a lot of wonderful dresses in a single morning. read more

This was one of the cutest showrooms and such a wonderful experience! We came here one day for my friend to find a dress for her upcoming wedding. The entrance was an unassuming door on the outside that led you to the store. Once we walked in, we were surprised how large and wonderful the showroom was! It was really nice that the appointment was 1.5 hours since it gave her a lot of time to try different dresses and retry some dresses. The place was spaced so well and there are large mirrors in the showroom. The one thing that really stood out was how kind and wonderful the staff is! We've been to a few stores now and this was the place that gave the most helpful advice. Things we hadn't even thought about and it was so great! My friend ended up finding her dream dress here!
