He is always our front welcoming all the kids and you can tell he generally cares. The school is also really involved in your child's learning ability and is always offering solutions so your child gets the most out of their days. The lunches have always been amazing and Mrs.Tracy In the cafeteria is always their to insure the kids get a great breakfast or lunch with a veggie or fruit included. This is honestly the only reason why we haven't moved back to our home in San Diego because this school is so amazing. Also I love there is a ZERO Bully policy and they have a buddy bench for when a child is feeling sad or has no one to play with that child can go sit down and that signals he or she needs a friend. We definitely need more schools like this.

Her father and I thoroughly researched the whole pepper spray scene. We all know of people who have their canisters and have simply taken an online or youtube class. That was not thorough enough for us. A 4-hour class was only $100, very well worth it. I got to watch, and my daughter was able to practice and hear of real-life scenarios from an expert who has been in numerous situations. She walked out of there today feeling very empowered. Like me, she may never have to use the spray in her entire life. But she feels that she has been well informed and prepared for so much more than she'd imagined. (She has watched some of the videos and say they don't prepare her as thoroughly as the class did.) We are going back to take the self-defense class together.

Fast forward a few months after moving I received a dream job offer at a medical spa that has a location in both Washington and Oregon meaning I needed my Certified Advanced Esthetic license with the state of Oregon to perform the treatments we offer at the spa. Unfortunately hours from Washington to Oregon don't completely have reciprocity between the two, which means I needed to work with a school to make up hours (a CAE license is 500 hours of schooling meaning I had to make up 50 hours). When I tell you I reached out to MULTIPLE schools in Oregon to try and find even a little help to point me in the right direction, Michele at the Advanced Esthetics Institute not only responded to me very quickly EAGER to help me, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that she could help me get my CAE license without any hesitation, and made me feel so comfortable coming to her with any questions regarding this situation. She truly was the only school/person that even seemed to want to help me so I am so so thankful for that - even though I live 2+ hours away from this school, I knew it would be worth every penny and mile to make up time to get my license.
