They are well organized and the instructor communicated clearly, the videos are fantastic. The past classes I've taken were not near as good as detailed as this one. I have to say that the instructor was very detailed while making the content fun but professional. I will be back here again in two years for sure. I left the class with so much more knowledge on CPR/AED and first aid. I also feel much more prepared after taking this class.

I was just sent an email saying that…read morethe ACLS and PALS certifications I had received here are invalid because although they represent themselves to be American Heart Association certified classes - they ARE NOT. Now I must redo my ACLS and PALS certifications with another institution which to anyone who has done these classes, knows they require lots of time and studying. The instructor was very unorganized and lax about the classes. I guess that should've been my first clue.
