It was such an awkward conversation, no introductions, only yes or no responses and honestly made it feel like he was doing me a favor by simply answering his phone. No thanks. Ended up going to Menards and purchasing a Schlage re-key kit and re-keyed my house for $7 and 30 minutes of time. Also installed my own deadbolts for the cost of a $20 Irwin deadbolt install kit and another 20 minutes. I didn't realize how easy it was to do this work myself. So I guess I will give you a thumbs up for being so rude that you encouraged me to teach myself your work.
