Called to get a quote for a re-key and some dead bolt installs. Phone customer service was so absolutely atrocious that I ended up hanging up. It was such an awkward conversation, no introductions, only yes or no responses and honestly made it feel like he was doing me a favor by simply answering his phone. No thanks. Ended up going to Menards and purchasing a Schlage re-key kit and re-keyed my house for $7 and 30 minutes of time. Also installed my own deadbolts for the cost of a $20 Irwin deadbolt install kit and another 20 minutes. I didn't realize how easy it was to do this work myself. Locked the keys in the car at 7:00 p.m. and they were here at 7:15...very fast...Reasonable price $65..Overall very helpful

ARLYN LUND!!!! Dont ever do business with this guy. CROOKED UNPROFFESSIONAL & DOESNT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. Unless you want him to break into your vehicles with out your permission or your presence. I was at work and called for his services.. got called back to work so I called him to cancel. Also didnt really feel like paying for his over priced services.. Told me he wanted $20 to compensate for his time so I gave him $20 for his time.. I apologized for the inconvinence he said $20 wasnt good enough and Demanded more money. I asked him to just be fair. He was mad and just drove off in the middle of our conversation. (I get it id be mad too) Apparently he already opened my vehicle took my keys out with out my presence or permision. After i cancelled his services.. He never mentions anything to me about breaking and entering my vehicle. I eventually get my vehicle open and discover my keys are missing. Called the GUY and he admitted he took my keys while i was away from my vehicle.. He held my keys for ransom. DEMANDED that I pay $80 on top of the $20 to get my keys back... long story short the sherrifs got involved. Got my keys back. Just like the story.. save yourself some headache and save yourself the hassle and save yourself some money.. Go to LOVES TRUCK STOP they sell auto locksmith kit ($22). Its gotta slim jim and wedgers to help pry your door open and they got some rods thatll help hit the unlock button.. so easy a caveman can do it...Dont waste your time with this guy!
