I then gave her suggestions for style, color, shape etc. and we began narrowing down different dresses. We tried on dress after dress, and after each dress she was able to take the one thing I loved about a certain dress and implement it into the next until I found one that had everything I was searching for!! Heather made me feel confident and beautiful in each dress I put on. She listened to my wants and did not rush me through my appointment at all. Jenna was also there and super sweet and supportive. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM, but I ended up being about 15 minutes late due to a freeway closure. I called ahead to let them know, but was immediately told I should consider rescheduling since I'd "only have about 45mins" left. That caught me off guard, especially since most bridal shops I've been to allow at least 90 minutes per appointment. When I arrived, I apologized for the delay and explained the situation. I also brought up the shorter appointment time, and they explained that it's because they don't charge a booking fee. I get that--but I did have to put a card on file, and there's a $50 charge for no-shows or late cancellations, so it felt a little contradictory. Before we even started, I was told I'd only be able to try on 3-4 dresses, which was kind of frustrating. Luckily, I ended up trying on 8, (due to rushing) so i guess it worked out. Still, the whole appointment felt a bit rushed and could've been handled better from the beginning. That said, the girls helping me were kind and professional, and the dresses were absolutely stunning. They have a beautiful selection at a wide range of price points, so there's definitely good value if you're on a budget or looking to splurge. Overall a good experience, just wish it felt a bit more relaxed.

I followed their rules, submitted my measurements and had a consultation. During the consultation they asked some very pointed questions and amended their suggestion for dress sizes based on my answers. I went with their suggestion as I don't know the designer and am not looking to stress myself out by having a dress that doesn't fit. The dress arrived and it is 3 INCHES too SMALL. I even LOST 20 lbs from the time I ordered. When I called, they were sympathetic and found scraps from the other girls dresses. Here's the ridiculous part - they don't ship anything, period. I understand if it is a dress, accessory, etc. or anything in that category. I do not understand the unwillingness to budge when we are talking about scraps of fabric you cut from other girls hems. I was also told the dress would not need extra length and would accommodate my 3 in heels. WRONG. I have to purchase new shoes that are about 1 in so the dress stays an appropriate length. Unfortunately, there is no one remotely near the location to pick it up. Instead of amending their policies to send scraps of fabric to a customer they obviously screwed up an order on, they put the onus on me told me it was my fault for "choosing" an incorrect dress size and that the person on the phone "didn't do anything so why am I being rude to her." I had been polite until the point that they refused to ship fabric. I was a little more forceful and explained how this was poor customer service because they screwed up the order and are refusing to accommodate an out of state customer. I am truly saddened when my hard earned money goes to a company who could give zero cents about customer service. From previous reviews, it looks like this place can't get their sizing straight. I would use extreme caution ordering from this company if they are not within relatively easing driving distance, so you can go back and let them fix their mistakes.

They were SO accepting of the less than 2-week turnaround time that I needed and made the first round of revisions in literally TWO days - I was shocked! Everything ended up working out perfectly and I was so much more comfortable in the dress on wedding day thanks to them. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated very well. The sales associate was knowledgeable, passionate, and very helpful. My daughter found a dress she loved, but she wanted to sleep on the decision before committing. While speaking with the owner and the sales associate, they were very encouraging and suggested I leave a deposit to hold the dress. Unfortunately, leaving that deposit turned out to be the worst decision. I left a $150 deposit thinking my daughter would most likely want that dress, or at the very least another dress from that shop. However, when she woke up the next day, she realized she didn't want that dress anymore. Three days later we went back to the shop to let them know. That's when I was informed that if we didn't keep the original dress, we would lose the $150 deposit completely. We couldn't apply it toward another dress, a purse, earrings, alterations, or anything else in the store. It was simply forfeited. I understand that holding a dress may prevent other potential buyers from purchasing it, and I understand that businesses need policies to protect themselves. However, I did not appreciate how strongly we were encouraged to leave the deposit, knowing how often teens change their minds. I feel like I was led into losing $150. This is simply a warning to other parents: do not leave a deposit unless you are absolutely certain about the dress, because if you change your mind, you will lose it.
