As the sole worker most of the time, it became difficult to get in touch or book appointments consistently- especially emergent appointments. I also noticed that the shaping of my brows started to shift over time, and unfortunately, they weren't growing into the style I originally loved. It felt like the consistency just wasn't there, and the shape I had about 11 months ago was no longer being maintained. It's clear that Simky is doing her best managing everything, but I think the experience could really benefit from additional trained staff to help provide a more reliable and consistent service when she's unavailable. For now, I've found another place that's been working better for me, but I truly wish her continued success and would give this place 2-3 stars.

Yana did my brows, and Daria did my friend's brows. After the procedure we both were happy with the results and asked questions about the next steps. Kristina gave us the papers/cotton swabs for with the steps to care for our brows and if a touch up is needed that would be 30 days later. I should have known something was amiss because the next steps were vague, and I had to call about four times to be sure that I/we were doing as we should. Fast forward to the 30 days my right eyebrow is faded, and the arch on it is different than the left eyebrow. I called and spoke to Kristina again to ask if they would call us for the follow-up touch up and she said we should call and schedule. I scheduled the follow-up touch up for my friend and I - that is when she hit me with $150 for a touch-up. As anyone can see from my reviews, I never complain about price because what I want/need I pay for, no matter the cost. We were like whattttt - I said this should have been said before we had the procedure done - not on the 30-day follow-up... Not once did she/Kristina mention that a touch-up would require payment. Additionally, she also assured us that normally a touch-up is not normally needed. At first, we were going to go, and I/we scheduled the touch-up visit, but after coming to my/our senses we thought why would we come back to a place where the disclosure of a payment for a touch-up was not mentioned in the beginning... The business is deceitful. Why would we want to come back here if it was not done right the first time? I referred to several people to this location and so far, only one has gone (and her eyebrows have faded too). Instead, I ended up spending hours there. The process was unbelievably slow, and both technicians seemed very inexperienced. The room was freezing cold, I hadn't eaten (expecting a normal 1.5-2 hour appointment), and after sitting there for so long, I started to feel physically sick -- my whole body was in pain. At one point, I had to take a 20-minute break just to go home, eat something, and reset because I literally couldn't sit there anymore. When I came back, I had less than an hour before I needed to leave to teach a private class. The receptionist knew exactly what I had already been through, how long I had been there, and that I was on a time constraint. Despite all of that -- there was zero urgency. No organization, no prioritization, no effort to finish my service quickly. If anything, it felt even slower than before. At 3:50 PM, I had no choice but to leave because my students were arriving. I walked out with both hands unfinished -- one hand partially done, and the other left with a poorly applied, uneven chrome base. I then had to go to another salon, where they told me the work was done so badly that it couldn't be properly fixed without redoing everything -- meaning more time, more money, and additional damage to my natural nails from extra filing. This turned into an all-day ordeal instead of a simple appointment. The salon refunded only part of the cost, which doesn't even begin to cover the time, stress, physical discomfort, and additional expenses I had to go through. It's honestly shocking that the owner chose to prioritize such a small amount of money over taking accountability for such a terrible experience. I strongly recommend staying away unless you're willing to risk wasting your entire day and dealing with the consequences afterward.
