Absolute worst customer service I've ever had to deal with I purchased several items spent a lot of…read moremoney and within less than 24 hours the ankle bracelet that I purchase had broken so I went to the store at the beginning of the day immediately with my receipt to do a simple exchange since it was less than 24 hours and it was the same cashier and no one would help me out I got turned away I got told that the manager would call me back never emailed me never called back I ruined a day of vacation having to deal with this issue and rudeness. The employees literally said that they can't make any decisions or else they'll get fired I think that's absolutely pathetic. Why hire employees if you can't trust them to make logical decisions to keep clientele. I'll never shop here again. The owner/manager finally wrote back to place fault me and say they will do me a favor by repairing the item and mailing it to me free of charge. Being sold a faulty piece should be exchanged and is a reasonable request especially within 24 hrs of being sold... the ankle bracelet broke in a place I couldn't break and my ankles are not at all big ... picture included of ankle bracelet. I'll be dropping it off in the morning. I will be following up on this review to give everyone an update how long it takes etc to get back. Customer service is how you keep business & gather more. The dresses and tunics they had brought with them were absolutely beautiful! I couldn't resist, so I went up and started chatting with them. The sisters are super charming, and very sweet. They told me about how they got their business started, apparently after traveling extensively through the Caribbean, they noticed the lack of stores that sold resort and beach couture, so they decided to start importing and selling it themselves. I met them when they were just doing small shows here and there, and today, after very much deserved recognition, they run an amazing on-line boutique! When I was looking through the items, I noticed this beautiful long dress, but it was an XS and I thought to myself "there's not way in hell I'm fitting into this". Lynne encouraged me to try it on regardless, she assured me that it was going to look beautiful on me, and lo and behold it did. In other occasions though, they've known when to recommend larger sizes because the item ran too small. This is what I love about them, they know how insecure women can be so they're super personable and helpful and really want you to look and feel your best. When I can't make it to one of their shows, I shoot them an email and they welcome me into their apartment, where they have the latest styles, and its truly one of the best experiences ever, super comfortable, one-on-one shopping...there's no better customer service!! Trust me when I say I'm definitely not a girly-girl, but when it comes to Nic del Mar, I allow myself to be. I thought about reviewing them because I was looking for something to wear to the Yelp Spice event at the Mandarin. I also asked the lady if they would change color, she said no not at all they are "great" quality. I stretched them some to make sure they were made well and wouldn't snap on me and she said they are made with double elastic and again "great" quality. I bought them on a Friday night and gave them out to my girls on Sunday morning. Tell me why by Monday morning I'm getting text that the SILVER bracelets are turning BLACK!!!! I look at mine and same thing has happened. My mom went to the mall to confront them but she said she needed all the bracelets back..... bitch. There's TEN of them and my girls are all over Dade county, Broward county, and in Texas. We sent her photos and still she wanted them back. She said we shouldn't put perfume or shower with them on.... FIRST this was never mentioned or I wouldn't have bought them to begin with. SECOND I can only speak for my mother and I, we don't wear perfume ever and we take off jewelry to shower!!! Long story short, I purchased them through cashapp which was a HUGE mistake (aside from purchasing anything from her) because cashapp won't fight for you. Lesson learned. I can only request a refund and she declined it. What a joke. Thinking back, I feel like they asked me to pay cashapp KNOWING this was going to be a problem (a scam). I'm 8.5 months pregnant, moving to a new place, and have way more important things to do than run around collecting 10 tarnished bracelets. The least this women could've done was refund me in full or at least half of my purchase. Now I will make it a point to post this on every platform.

I'd say it depends on your perspective; I like to think of it as having my own personal shopping assistant ready to help answer any questions I may have. So if you want to shop here, I recommend coming in leggings and a small tank so you can slip on the clothes without needing a fitting room. (But don't let them see you ... I think the rule is that you aren't allowed to try stuff on... not just that they don't have fitting rooms.)
