Top notch company. Vin was very helpful with the booking process. Rate quoted was exactly what we paid. No hidden fees. Booked a 24 seat party bus for my son's prom. They were very accommodating in last minute changes to the pick up location. We actually received a 26 person party bus that was actually a bus. The bus looked even nicer in person compared to the pictures he sent. We had a excellent driver Gil. He went over the safety procedures with the kids and they said he was amazing. He was early for the pick up. Kids had an amazing prom and said the best part was after the prom all the kids were looking for their limos and we were they only one with an actual bus so it was easy to spot. Will definitely use again. Don't look any further. This is the company to use. read more

Lightning Limos is the best ! Thank you all for making our corporate outing so amazing. We called around weeks in advance for transportation and we were so happy we decided to pay a little more and get what we paid for ! French helped us with our booking and she was so patient and kind, she understood how important it was to make sure we impressed our bosses along with all of our co-workers. Our driver was Randy and he knew how to work all the functions in the bus and was super friendly during our 8 hour outing. This was a great ice breaker for our company. Thank you for making everything operate so smooth. read more

Our driver, Wes, was very punctual (actually early) and very open and flexible if plans changed. He was very professional and completed every request gladly. I rented the 24 passenger bus and it was very clean and organized upon arrival and prepared with any necessities one might need like ice, water, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We were actually low on ice and Wes was more than happy to grab some more for us. Service was great and prices were competitive. I am definitely coming back here should I need a bus rental again. The communication beforehand while renting the bus was also great. Vin was very responsive and able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and professional. From start to finish, the service was 5 stars! read more

Incredibly thankful that I stumbled upon this limo service! We used a limo for our daughters 13s birthday; 10 seater. The seats were new/polished, every seat had a working seat belt. It was clean, spacious, modern and had a lot of newer lighting features. Service, Vin was charming and very helpful in securing the rental. He assigned a female driver after knowing who/what the limo was for. The driver (MARIA) communicated with us even prior to arrival and throughout the night (going to different locations through out the night. Overall great experience and competitive rates. Highly recommend. read more

Rosa was an excellent driver and very accommodating (especially given our late it was at night). Really appreciate her flexibility and will definitely be using them again in the future! read more

If you're looking for the best, look no further! Not only is the service, top-notch, but the quality inn, cleanliness of their party buses are next level. You really get white glove treatment from the beginning, one trying to decide what type of bus to get for your events, you even get videos of the exact bus which many competitors do not do. Furthermore Jennifer was extremely helpful in planning out the night. The driver also was so kind and picked up beverages and ice for us prior to arriving - the drive itself was also extremely smooth. The day after I received a call from Vincent, the manager to do a quality control.... It's safe to say that the little details matter to this company. 5/5 would recommend read more

Great value as opposed to other companies I checked out, with a super clean and nice bus and great customer service. The driver was on-time and friendly and executed a multi-stop shuttle for my wedding. They had a professional booking interface and Jennifer was easy to communicate with via text. I felt comfortable that they would execute compared to other companies and they sure did! read more

This party bus was definitely one of a kind. They provided our group with all the support we needed and we still saw all of the LA attractions that we requested. The driver stopped and had no problem stopping when we requested. Passenger needed to go to the bathroom. The total included the 20% tip fee so we weren't surprised by the total amount we had to pay. It was an overall experience that was unforgettable. read more

The company that I work for used Empowered Charters to shuttle us to the airport. Unfortunately I left my cell phone on the shuttle. I was able to get in contact with our driver, Rebecca, and she was really helpful and even willing to overnight my cellphone back to me. She kept me updated and sent me tracking information to ensure that my phone was indeed shipped. Completely above and beyond. Not only was she helpful with returning my cellphone, Rebecca was very professional and showed us how to operate the shuttle's cool features( Bluetooth, lights, etc). Normally, I get car sick, but that was not the case this time around! I highly recommend Empowered Charters and, if possible, recommend Rebecca as your driver. read more

Great friendly service that is much more efficient and dependable than ride-sharing. Cars are new, clean and driving is impeccable.

This was one of the most professional and attentive companies I have ever dealt with. We had very specific needs and at times I'm certain, our questions/ concerns were daunting and bordering irritating but Vin took phenomenal care of us and every one of our needs were met. He even sent us photos and video of the inside of our limo the morning of our booking. They truly went above and beyond and I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. I look forward to the opportunity to book again in the future! read more

I used Lightning Limos for shuttle service for my wedding. They were on time and great to work with! Would highly recommend!

Used this service for the BCS national Championship game after doing some extensive research and calling nearly 10 places. We had a party of about 50 people so we needed a bus that was comfortable and had everything in it. After a lot of searching, this company seemed like the best option. The owner - Vin - was so helpful and incredibly accomodating. He knew exactly what we wanted and even threw in a few extra hours for free so we had plenty of time to tailgate and get back from the Rose Bowl in anticipation of traffic. Vin showed up nearly 30 minutes early so we could load up and not miss any tailgating. Vin was completely professional, courteous of all of our guests and even showed up with enough ice to power our tailgate through. Everyone on the bus had a great time and it was a huge hit. Little did we know, the bus was broken into a few days before and the stereo equipment was stolen but Vin made it a point to get the bus fixed and the stereo system replaced so we wouldn't miss our party. Now that's customer service. I will admit I was really nervous before we got on the bus but after the experience I couldn't recommend this company more. And neither will you. read more

This Double 5-Star review is WAY overdue! I have now used Vin and Lightning limo twice for very different occasions. When my youngest daughter turned 16, we wanted to really do something fun, and a giant Ferrari-red party bus from Lightning Limos was just the ticket to get the girls to and from Hollywood safely while turning "mere transportation" into something super memorable. Everyone had a great time and the parents really felt the girls were safe the whole time- just what you want when you are playing host! The second time was for airport transfers for a long European business trip. I normally park long-term, but just didn't want to leave my car for that long. So once again I called Vin and got treated like a king. I had an awesome driver who happened to be on duty for my departure and arrival. Once again it was a perfect experience. The real "over-the-top" was that I had my favorite In-N-Out burger combo waiting for me when I hopped in for the ride home- wow! Now Vin is just showing off! Whether you need transportation for something memorable or just to get you from point A to Point B stress-free, give Vin and Lightning Limo a call. read more

Absolutely great experience!!! The gentleman I texted with about pricing and the party bus was extremely nice. Super helpful and gave a great price and beat all other comparable places I called. The party bus was a 24 seater and in great condition. All the kids had a blast, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. They provided great service, and the driver was very very nice, easy-going, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental place. I would also give it six stars if I could. read more

This was a great experience. We rented it for homecoming. The kids had a blast. The party bus was beautiful and very clean and roomy. They had water and sodas stocked for the kids.
