When my partner and I originally decided to invest into documenting our day with video, we wanted to make sure we picked the right videographer to capture everything and create a fun, exciting video that we would love to watch over and over. And, most importantly, we needed a videographer that we trusted so we weren't stressed about video on the day of the wedding. We were SO HAPPY that Emerald Media was available on our wedding date when we reached out to them - we didn't have a backup option in mind! He is very responsive and informative. We scheduled an initial phone consultation and ended up booking Reid for our wedding. Close to the day of, Reid made sure to follow up with us several times. This put us at ease. Reid promptly showed up at the venue with his 2nd videographer, Joel and introduced himself. He was like an old friend. Reid is professional, easy to talk to, work with, and has a wonderful sense of humor. Not to mention, he worked quite well with our photographers. He and his partner were also quite helpful throughout our wedding when our day-of coordinator was nowhere to be found. We were very surprised at the quick turnaround with all the videos. We screened a number of videographers, but eventually settled on Pangeality. We were very pleased with the results. Pangeality was very responsive and took us through what we needed to know to get the best results. They appeared early at the meeting site to work with us to determine the best location for the equipment and test out audio quality. The last was was especially critical because we were recording speakers. Pangeality also did a great job with post-production, editing out unnecessary segments that detracted from the viewing experience.
