The positives: The açaí bowl is so good! I was able to…read morekinda tailor certain ingredients to fit my dietary needs. It was super filling and satisfying. Fort Wayne has been needing a healthy juice/bowl place like this for so long!! The cons: The prep time takes abOut 20 minutes for a bowl, seems long. You can Order ahead online but you're only able to tailor one ingredient if you order it online which did not work for me. I wanted decaf coffee, as it's on the menu but they never have it the 3x I've been in. If you aren't going to offer it, take it off your menu. Lastly, the prices. Yikes!! Their snacks in the cooler are overpriced like your in an airport. And their prices overall for the juices, bowls and avocado toast are SO overpriced. I'm a recent transplant from LA so I'm used to high prices especially for healtH foods, but wow!! I don't see how this place will last very long priced as they are. Worth trying but won't be able to spring for it very often.

I will definitely be returning here to try more things off the menu!

The quality of the service at this location has gone downhill over the last year. As a regular at…read morethis location for at least 4 years, I've had a small handful of not-great experiences. Unfortunately, these have gradually increased recently. Some of the newer employees have messed up my order, gave me completely incorrect items, or made my drink incorrectly (I don't give any special instructions and just order the items on the menu as they are). My two most recent experiences include me ordering a Turkey Bacon and Cheddar on an everything bagel. The last time, I received plain bagels with cream cheese (obviously someone else's order), and this time I received the correct bagel with only turkey (bacon and cheddar were missing). Two bagels and a large beverage at this location costs over $22. The degradation in service and repeated mistakes like this make me not want to return to the location.

As we glanced at the menu as made up to cashier/counter, we were greeted with a welcoming smile & hello. We are a mixed racial married couple. We get a lot of stares when we walk into a restaurant/shop. Athena D/cashier was very patient with my wife's questions about the smoothies, as well as mine. We asked so many questions. She was such a trooper. Thank you again Athena D. My wife ordered Slenderberry smoothie. I ordered the peanut butter cup smoothie w/o chocolate (I know I'm one of the few people in this world who allergic to chocolate) I added extra peanut butter and 2 extra bananas. Both of them were made to perfection. We also ordered break feast croissant, grown up grilled cheese, break feast burrito w/o the bacon. I gave up pork 2 years ago. The food was amazing & delicious.
