The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, review my progress, and explain the next steps in my recovery plan in a way that was easy to understand. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that there was a slight delay when I was waiting for my discharge instructions and follow-up care paperwork. They make you feel welcome which I think is nice as usually urgent care centers may come across a bit rude. I have also been able to put my PCP information and they are able to view what occurred on any visit outside of their care, and I really enjoy that because I may not firsthand know what the exact prescription, if provided one.
