The City of Olympia's new Rental Registration for rental homes is 100% provable city corruption…read more It's only about making money for the city. There are already housing codes in place to protect and keep everyone safe. Call in a complaint and code enforcement can inspect the living conditions and force the landlord to make corrects or suffer fines. Other cities with similar registrations always increase fees and have yearly inspections where inspectors are paid several hundred dollars, but never inspect the homes. Hence, the provable corruption.

What a steal!!! The sandwich was on buttery Hawaiian type bun and I chose the Cajun sauce to place on top of mine! Oh my word!!!!! Absolutely melt in your mouth delicious!!! I would have paid $5.00 for just the sandwich because it was absolutely smoked to perfection!!! I didn't try the salad, it looked soggy and I was full from the brisket sandwich! I picked up their flyer and business card because I would definitely hire them to cater an event for me!

I would put this as the worst of the government agencies run in Washington State. The thing is its…read morenever the workers. My complaint is usually the budget and the amount of workers they have to manage the workload. I used to think that the DOL was the worst but it no longer holds this title. The fact is, when your state cannot manage a government run agency for the service of the people, it more than likely cannot manage other things which I am in no doubt. These are the core services that every state must manage and Washington is failing at this. This complaint is not of the service, the people I have interacted with , which are few, have given me the information I require, but if you cannot assist the people who need it, AI or not giving the people of this state the service they need, I am hoping the people vote another way to see if someone else can fix the issue.

There is no other way to get through. I called promptly at 08:00 when they opened and finally after calling back 27 times in a row (yes, honestly I was dumb enough to keep trying) and getting hung up on by the recording, I just gave up!! This is ridiculous!! I am so frustrated and angry. This is not my first attempt to try to reach them.

Leonard Hernandez Thurston's county manager should be fired for failure to set professional staff…read morecustomer service expectations to ensure the tax paying customer recieves proper services. I called Ben the director and Kyle the manager of emergency sevices multiple times over a week with no professional response back to provide service. Olivia Studbacker who is Leonard's secretary also does not have any professional outbound phone message stating who reached and when they will be back to return your service request. Staff are not at there post to answer the phone and provide services. Leonard lets staff work remotely in their slippers if they want instead of requiring they show up at the office for him to monitor the public is even recieving professional services from our staff. Oliva had the nerve to tell the upset customer that they were speaking to her with a hostile tone and took no responsibility for her unprofessionalism. When i tried to set a telephone conference to address this poor customer service coming from several of the staff members Oliva refused saying Leonard is very busy. She stated she would call me back by the end of the week after she spoke to Leonard. Olivia never called me back. This is unacceptable behavior from an entitled staff that extorts taxes to pay themselves while having no consequences for poor unprofessional conduct resulting in customers never getting service under Leonard Hernandez management style that serves the staff not the community members.
