I have come to this office three times now and every time I am helped in particular by the Security personnel Jonathan and Lauren. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional I was able to complete my paperwork thanks to their guidance. Had they not helped I would have gone many more weeks without completing my claim and I would have waisted time seeking help. If they are trained that's very helpful for the public, if they are self trained and have made it a point to educate themselves to help they deserve praise and a raise truly. Thank you Jonathan and Lauren, I'd love for someone to circle back with me to ensure they both receive acknowledgment for their exceptional customer service.

    This is arriving @8am

Came here yesterday morning (8am sharp) for something simple as a password reset; which I'm glad I did. It required tech support which I couldn't get a hold of on the phone via provided number X 1 week. It turned out when speaking to the young lady in LB EDD, noted a different email account was linked into my vital information. Glad I took the time to marinate for a few hours of my day to take care of this matter. My total time from arriving to leaving took 2 hrs @8am. 4 STARS; the system or process is unimaginable & broken. The office here needs more staff & space. They are working OVER CUSTOMER VOLUME. The ladies here are KIND. Tips: -Arrive early, 7:30-8am. A line is already formed outside the building almost a mini wrap around the building, depending on volume/day. Plus, doors don't open til 8am. -@8 a staff member with a clip board is there to gather your name & phone number. She gives a ticket number (don't lose it). I was #26. She gives you an estimated time for the wait. You can wait in your, outside, do errands. - they call you when it's your turn. Allow to give yourself 15-20 mins to drive back. - go to 6th floor. They have 1 elevator working out of 3 elevators. You will be greeted by a security person on the 6th floor. She's strict, funny & kind. - take a seat. They have a electronic number displaced on the wall & they will ding your number when it's your turn like the meat market or beatlejuice movie. - There are 3 windows only! VERY LOW STAFF FOR HIGH VOLUME. Window 1. Checking more people in to speak to EDD staff member. Windows 2 & 3 are helping us get the information we need. NOTES: The ladies that work there are very KIND, PROFESSIONAL, & PATIENT. Please treat them kindly. They are WORKING HARD to do as much as they can to obtained the help you need. - if u get there anytime after 11a-12p. GOOD LUCK! Estimated time for anytime after 9am would be 2-3 hrs. -REMEMBER! Each person is tailored to a different TIME alloted customer service. Mine took 30 mins to get things cleared up, plus the computer FROZE. Some other ppl took shorter or longer.

Don't bother calling, they will never answer! I recommend sending an email from their site, they'll answer you within 7 days.

Heard about AppleOne through my mom as she found her long term career within the government sector…read more10+ years ago with AppleOne Agent, Armina! After graduating college, it was pretty difficult finding a corporate job outside my normal food-retail stores. Most/some jobs on indeed, zip-recruiter, LinkedIn we're all SCAMS (I've had my fair share of these UGH), so it was definitely discouraging. I felt stuck and hopeless. My mom noticed and mentioned she'd reach out to her Agent. Luckily, Armina was still there! When I met Armina, I felt relief. She was super understanding, listened to what kind of job I wanted, made sure to over communicate and it was awesome! In such a short amount of time (maybe 2-3 weeks) she was able to find me a temp position I wanted within the government. I am fortunate to say I have been fully hired within the government! I genuinely believe I wouldn't be where I am at without Arminas guidance. Thank you so much, Armina! Also, Alison was super helpful too! Any questions I had (about anything) she made sure to address it efficiently. You could tell she cared about her crew! Thank you, Alison!!

The interview left me feeling that Armina was going to do her best to find a job that would meet my needs and be a perfect fit. Armina is definitely an asset to the AppleOne Employment Agency. This is one of the lesser-known employment agencies in the area. I had a chance to visit them…read morebecause I applied for a position they advertised online. Upon my arrival, I was given a small stack of paperwork I needed to date and sign relating to the client company where I was to be assigned. Once that was completed, they had me go to a vacant computer to fill out more forms, this time pertaining to my personal information. When the electronic forms were all done, I had to take a typing test. The computer I used to take the typing test was S L O W and could not keep up with my typing speed on the keyboard. The website for the typing test also kept generating lots of pop-up ads which slowed me down even further. I took the test a number of times before I got a passing/satisfactory score. Drug testing was also required, so I was given a small plastic container and led to the restroom, where I gave a urine sample. Finally, I watched an introductory/safety video which was required viewing for all new applicants. Before I left, the recruiter said she would contact me on the following Monday (this was on a Friday when I came in) so that I could start work on Tuesday. When Monday came around, I never received a call, so I called them before the end of the day to find out what was going on. I was told by another recruiter (the one I originally dealt with was out of the office) that they were going to have a meeting with the client company to find out how many people were needed (or something to that effect). Needless to say, I was NOT happy! X-( Lastly, I got a call that Friday letting me know I will be working the following Tuesday at the client company, a local non-profit. Overall, this agency did as they promised. However, I took away a star for being given erroneous information. They shouldn't be telling applicants these things unless they were TRUTHFUL! I took away another star because the computer I used to take the typing test was slow and full of pop-ups. Employment agencies can be helpful in a job search, but I truly feel you're better off finding a job on your own.
