Absolutely inexcusable customer service today. Specifically went in for a certain promotion that was ending today. Waited in line for well over 30 minutes due to Covid precautions. Inside specifically asked the sales associate if they were still doing the promotion and she assisted me in ordering, she told me "Yes you will pick the promotion item at the register only certain ones are available." I'd like to say she was very nice and helpful and this was not her fault to what happened next-as she was clearing not informed as she should have been. I completed my order and stood in check out line for 15 minutes, when I got to the checkout counter, I saw on a small taped up flyer the promotion was crossed out. Meanwhile the sales associate did not know that (they did not even have the flyers to use while assisting customers-as they were out. The sales associate even asked to look at mine I had brought in-to assist another customer) and told me the items will be available to be picked at register. The cashier now assisting me offered zero resolution, apology or explanation, instead said "you're still getting a decent deal getting a battery for free and you can get another .5" I asked "as the promotion item that I was told was available?" She said "no I mean we have them to order" I said "no thank you cancel it, But can you check on the promotion that starts at 6 PM is it still available?" She states "yes it is, its not 6-you'll have to wait" I told her to cancel the order. I had already waited almost an hour and not got my items due to lack of communication between employees after being told by a sales associate "yes were still doing that it's still available you'll get it at the cashier." At the very least they should allow me to do the 6 PM promotion at 5:35 instead of having to wait for another 25 minutes. But apparently that cashier couldn't be inconvenienced to even ask her supervisor or to explain that they were still offering a promotion on the floor that was sold out. Just bad customer service, especially the cashier-who literally did nothing at all to help or assist after they couldn't manage to communicate with each other. Mind you this is not a large building, it's a very tiny retail space, just shows lack of communication and lack of planning, mostly by the cashier. Who was filling the orders/getting the products, but couldn't think to inform the floor who are literally standing feet away-they had run out of certain products. Just laziness and unfortunately that cashier, makes the floor associates look bad/misinformed. Had they been extremely busy, maybe I could understand, but they were not, there were only a few other customers allowed in/shopping while I was inside. I'm disappointed and mostly annoyed at the indifference of the cashier. It makes me unfortunately no longer want to shop here or recommend them. read more

This shop is THE BUSINESS YALL! Totally upscale joint where you feel like you're in a quality place with quality products. You walk in and they've got a beautifully decorated lobby with a window where YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE PERSON YOU'RE TALKING TO! That alone makes me more likely to return. I don't know about y'all, but it feels shady when you go to a shop and their lobby window is all covered up and it's just a monotone voice like "New or returning?" That makes me feel like I'm doing something illegal even though I'm not Anyway, the employees and budtenders here are all so sweet and welcoming. The process of buying your products is very hands on the first time you go, and even during returning visits, there is always a friendly face to help you find what you're looking for if you need assistance. They've got so many amazing products on display for you to look at and smell. Everything is done on these dope touch screen systems that sends your order to the back as soon as you check out. By the time you get to the front of the line, your order is ready to go. I've been there during peak hours when the place is packed, and they get through the line quickly every time. I've been here maybe six or seven times and every experience is as good as the last. They really care about their customers here and make it a point to show that these aren't just transactions to them. They want you to get what you want cause that's how they keep you happy and coming back. I can't praise this place enough. I'd give it ten stars if I could no cap. Side note: They have these awesome matte black bags with their logo they give you to put your products in for when it's time to leave the store, ya know.... just in case 12 be lurkin Save this bag and bring it back for your future purchases because they do have to charge you a fee for a new bag if you forget yours. Ok so i came there last night and my experience did not go well I would like to give you guys a chance to correct the foul before I post my intial review .. of my experience at your establishment ... I'm not threating you or trying to be a dick in any way but how it went down was un ethical and uncalled for ... just to try and squeeze every every penny out of the customer as you can... Among all of this I'm more angry at the fact ths you guys tried to take advantage of a person's first time at a dispensary that had no knowledge and was new to all of this .. by the way did not receive any type of 1st buyer thank you welcome prize as well .. I came here last night and was not aloud in because I didn't have my physical I'd on me because I had lost it a few days earlier .. I can understand rules are rules .. But then I sent my friend in who has no experience with weed let alone a dispensary.. and when he came out he said he had got 2 containers for $56 so I figured it would be 2 grams for $50+ tax even that is a little high but .. still I understand .. but to my Amazment ....I get home open them up and it's only. .5 grams per container. A total of 1 gram for $56 witch is a st8 RIP OFF!!!!... so I go to the website , see that they have 1 gram containers of what they gave me for $40 but they sold him 2 x .5 containers at $25 a piece ... WTF .. ARE u Kidding me?. I COULD HAVE GONE TO IE420 WITH $20 MORE AND GOT 7 GRAMS FOR $80... But I came here and got 1 gram for the same price.. All I want to do is go to a place and get some weed from someone who knows what the hell they are taking about. Thank Jesus I found that place. I have been to Empire several times and this might even be my second review, but I have a choir to preach to, so my brothers and sisters listen up. The staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable. Back in my day, pot was pot and you smoked it under the bleachers like a normal person during 5th period. But this ain't my mamas weed. Half the shit is beyond me anyways like dabbing? I've never tried it and probably don't have the lung capacity to accomplish it successfully so I'm just gonna roll me a fatty and shut the hell up. Anyway Empire is the place to go, they have great products and during this fucked up time we are living in they have taken every precaution to make your visit to heaven just that much safer. Also a special shout out to Amber. I have called twice and both times she has answered and my god she knows what the hell she is talking about. That is so refreshing to speak to someone and they give you the correct answers. She has recommended products and they have always been fantastical items. Anyway if she is not a manager she needs to be and if she is a manager she needs to renegotiate her contract for more money and a company car. The latter might be tougher to get. Yo this place is CLEAN! They got the best weed. (Quality by price) sometimes the lower price weed is better because of batch differences. The high tech they got is a little off but overtime I'm sure they will improve as they are a recently new business. Customer service 9/10 (they always check on you) Weed quality 8/10 (some high end weed can be bunk depending on order batch) Edibles ?/10 (haven't tried) Carts ?/10 (haven't tried) Deals 5/10 (Deals are ok. You Can find better deals elsewhere but probably lower quality weed in return) Quantity selection 8/10 (majority of their weed selections are 3.5g, however, they sell some weed starting at 7g) Pre-rolls ?/10 (haven't tried but they sell high end blunts and 1g-2g pre-rolls. Merchandise 5/10 (from what I seen just 2 different shirts and 2 different hats [not complete positive tho]. Be prepared to spend a hefty amount of money if your looking to buy good quality weed. Taxes make up the majority of the total price. For example, $55 3.5g(high end weed) will turn into almost $65-$70 after taxes. CASH ONLY! They don't do any CARD transactions. This place is pretty dope tbh. At first I was thrown off with the taxes, but the math works out. Better prices than most places I've been with a similar selection...except at Empire the budd is behind the counter and the layout is clean; lined with tablets that give you the time and space to make your selection. No more will you have to feel rushed by a counter person. Instead, there are a couple associates floating nearby to answer any questions and assist you with the tablet should you not be tech savvy. What really sweetened the deal for me, was the convenience of location right off Van Buren and their "reward" system. I'm patiently waiting to see how that plays out as I've only been there a couple times ( heading back later today ). The last few times I've ordered through their website and was sent texts within minutes of completion to let me know where my order was in line, and when it was ready to be picked up. be sure you don't forget the aroma proof bag they give you on your first visit; otherwise you'll have to pay for another one. When you arrive you're able to pick up your online order through a gated window around back where the site's exit is located (which makes it convenient for social distancing) - just don't forget sunscreen and shades or a ! Decided to check out this spot cause of a recommendation from a good friend. She told me they had everything and she wasn't wrong. My mom had just had surgery and I finally convinced her to try some "alternative" medicine, so I figured I'd better go get some before she changes her mind. I came in mostly for CBD edibles and they had quite a selection. They had gummies, pills, and even patches. When I walked in, there was a little waiting area before you can actually get in and you had to be buzzed into where the products were. The inside was super clean and organized. They had cartridges, a bunch of different flower, and a wall of edibles. The workers were super helpful. The process wasn't bad either. You placed your order on touchscreens found all over the shop and go to the register to pay and they collect your items for you. So far, my moms used the patches and ate some gummies. I'm not gonna tell her that the gummies have not only CBD but THC too. It's all good though, I just got her some wingstop and she's a happy camper now. All in all... My friend told me about Twin Palms and his wonderful discovery of "The Mimosa" Cannabis hybrid. I had to see for myself. Ordering online was a breeze, however in our haste to make it to Riverside from Upland...he forgot his wallet. I call and explain our situation, Amanda answers...no problem she says. I ask if I can pickup for him because I had my ID. She advises me to go online, register myself, place an online order for exactly what he ordered, and when I get to the line...explain. We pull up...parking lot was pretty packed, luckily the friendly security helps guide you, so as not to hit any cars, people or walls lol. I thought the staff at empire were awesome they were very helpful during sign up they brought me in and asked me to sit down while they registered me in a nice cool area they were even understanding when I had to leave to go get cash and let me right back in when I got back Devon the man I spoke with once I got inside was very helpful he asked me what I was looking for, gave me some recommendations and then he took me right to exactly what I wanted, he was very knowledgeable about the product and was extremely helpful when it came to making my decision, the girl behind the counter, I don't remember her name, but she couldn't have been nicer explaining everything like my first time discount and about the pre-rolls and all that stuff and to top it all off when i ended up being a dollar short devon heard what was going and without hesitation pulled a dollar out of his own pocket and said "man give this guy his weed" I was definitely happy with every aspect of the service there and I will definitely be going back and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends. read more

My first time going to a dispensary Nd they set my expectations high for any other dispensary I visit.. from th time I stepped foot in th door I had a dope experience.. I felt at home Nd welcome in a super clean and SAFE environment! with th COVID19 VIRUS going around they checked everyone's temperature who entered th store to make sure they didn't let anyone who had a fever enter th shop.. A few months back I thought I visited one of the most fanciest dispensaries ever, and then just about a few days ago I decided to visit this dispensary. Man was did this place put the other dispensary to shame. My mind was absolutely blown. This is a really nice, high tech and high quality place. The staff there is absolutely fantastic. They have absolutely amazing deals. And they give you multiple ways to offer you coupons so you can get a discount. The staff there is also very fast and efficient. They're not there to waste your time but at the same time they make you feel at home. They have multiple ATMs there. They make ordering fast and not a hassle. I honestly really do recommend this place. Especially since they have a lot of different strains to get. One of dispensaries that has a lot to choose from to be honest. Definitely recommend. Also they actually care about your health. One of the few dispensaries who are making sure to not spread the virus. That alone deserves high praise read more
