    I'll start off by saying I am a veteran sales manager for a subprime auto finance company, so my entire job is talking to dealers all day and helping them sell cars. You cant get over on me. Ive seen it all. This is my business. I have epileptic dogs so I don't leave the house very often. I wfh. I called and assured this "pay off your trade in full" promo was valid, that they indeed had the car I needed, I put a deposit on the Ford Explorer and confirmed my appt. I show up today after a 2 hr drive to purchase a 2015 Ford Explorer base model with 80k miles. I went through all of this because I have an RV sitting in my driveway and I don't have an SUV that is able to tow it. They had what I needed. The price on the website is $17,994. (I have uploaded photos of everything I'm saying). When I arrived (with my little dogs), they had me do the test drive and when we came back to the office, he said the price was $20,994. I referred back to the website on my phone and showed him where it said $17,994. His response was "oh we account for $3000 cash or trade" Huh? I asked what he meant by that and he stated that the "price on the website is assuming you give $3000 down in cash or trade." I told him that was false advertising and verging on fraud. He showed me that, at the very bottom of the website, in the **fine** print, it says that they do this. Grr, but Ok. Like anybody, sigh, I've come this far and the promo makes them trying to get over almost worth it, right? WRONG. So I offered $18,500 because there's no way that this former rental car is worth 21,000. So I asked him to take my offer of 18.5 to his manager. I was met with a firm no. $21000 or bust. I then asked how much they would give me for my trade-in considering they offered to pay off the entire thing, and then some (per promo listing) some of that would go towards positive equity and a down payment. Their website confirmed a KBB value yesterday of $19,000. I only owed $16000. He went away for about 10 minutes, came back and said they were offering me $13,000. And I laughed because it was the only thing I could do that wouldn't end up with me having to speak to the police. What a collassal waste of my time and intelligence. Total scam artists. I just want everyone to know so you don't waste your own time or get bamboozled because you don't know the drill. They broke so many laws I don't even know where to begin.

    A hidden gem. The Sales, Service and Collision Center exceeded all my expectations. A "Must" visit location if you are in need of a vehicle, service and/or body repair. They will walk you through the whole process.

    Bring $3,000 more then what you are quoted on the phone and get ready for a guy with a polo shirt and flesh color compression socks on his arms because he has a huge Jesus tattoo try to get you to finance a car that you have cash for. It was hard not to laugh and feel bad for the poor souls they take advantage of. Oh and yes they stole my credit card, needed it to guarantee I'm interested because that's what car dealerships do then said they didn't have it so I canceled it and then they said I could pick it up at the front desk. You have been warned and you are welcome

    BY FAR THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Picked up my car (a day later than promised) only to have it die on the highway the next morning on my way to work. The "highly trained" mechanic that did the SAFETY check on the fluids didn't know how to put a radiator cap on and antifreeze exploded all over my engine. Then, they let my temp plate run out. I couldn't get in touch with a single soul at the dealership the day it expired..... again, had to lose time out of work. They took almost $3000 to register my car and couldn't get it done in 20 days. Had to beg for a second set of temp plates. Parris, the salesman is impossible to get ahold of and as lazy as it gets. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! I have attached a photo of the damages caused to my car by the mechanic

    Mark is my hero. He has come to my rescue not once, but twice, and has always gone the extra mile…read morewhen I needed him most. A week and a half before I was scheduled to fly across the globe to spend a month in Taiwan, the Toyota Corolla in mint condition that I'd bought from Mark 3 years ago was totaled in my own driveway while I slept, by a drunk teenager who tried to pull a hit and run. His mom turned him in the next day, but I was still stuck with the problem of taking care of this accident, finding a good car that I could afford with my insurance money, and getting it registered before I left the country. In truth, it was an impossible task. Mark and Crestwood to the rescue! Not only did Mark find me a car that I could afford and that I absolutely loved, he also took care of the registration and paperwork and managed to get it all pushed through for me in time for me to catch my plane. When I returned, jet lagged, a month later and freaked out over every little noise that the car made after having to sit for 30 days without being driven, Mark was as calm and patient as a good father would've been when I called him, sometimes twice a day. and drove the car out to ask "are you sure??" Every little noise turned out to be nothing, just as he promised, and in a couple days the car was purring like a kitten. What I appreciated the most about Mark was his sensitivity, not only to the urgency of my problem, but to my state of mind and my nerves. In all the years that I have known him, he has never once made me feel like an idiot for asking even the silliest of questions. He really understands and cares about people. And he will never let you down when you place your trust in him. Do I recommend Mark and Crestwood when you want to buy a used car? That is a resounding, 100% YES!

I noticed a big difference. He is not your typical sales person. He was upfront and honest about little imperfections on the jeep and things that could be fixed he had no hidden fees or anything like that, and he helped me out with all my paperwork. I would gladly do business with him again in the future.

I had been looking for a reasonably priced suv for my daughter for a few weeks. It seemed like every time I went to look at a car in her price range i wasted my time because of misleading posts and advertisements or misleading photos. I had taken time out of my work day many days just to be disappointed and lied to. I came across a listing for a vehicle that Auto Gals was selling that fit my daughter's requirements. As soon as I met Harry at the Swansea Auto Gals I knew this was different. Harry was very pleasant and up front about all of the pros and cons of the vehicle I was looking at. He immediately handed me the keys and said to take it for a test drive as long as i needed and put a dealer plate on it for me. After I decided to make the purchase he was very fair with the negotiation and we came to an agreement. The title was at the other location but he had an employee immediately drive it up to us. I told him I was going to get it registered and come back in the afternoon. He then called me and hour later and said while he was putting fuel in the car he noticed an issue that was not seen before. He brought it right to his mechanic and fixed the issue at no cost that same day. I was able to come get the vehicle the next day and everything was seamless. I will be referring anyone that I know to shop at Auto Gals if they are looking for a car in the future. By far my best used car deal experience!
