Please do not choose Brentwood's for your wedding day. We had a TERRIBLE experience with Rollie the…read moreTrolley for our special day: 1. The trolley "jerked" us around the entire ride (not an exaggeration). This was extremely uncomfortable for all the guests that joined us for pictures, including our friend who was 8 months pregnant at the time. 2. Our parents, photographer & videographer were driving behind the trolley and all mentioned that smelly black smoke was billowing out the back. They also said that we never went above 25mph. 3. Due to the amount of time it took us to travel from one location to the next, it severely cut into our picture time with our photographers which meant they were rushed and our stops were cut short. 4. At one point, the trolley completely stalled in the middle of a street. It was probably only for a minute or two but it was another embarrassing moment for us. 5. When I called and emailed to express my complaints they were abrupt and rude, cutting me off in the middle of my sentence and calling me a liar about the complaint regarding the black billowing smoke and refused to give us any credit. I do not recommend companies that operate like this.

The only thing that allows his trip to happen, is having a limo to take him up and bring him back down each May and September (seven hours round trip for the driver). We have used Brentwood's DET for years and they have always been great. This year, there was a mix up with one of my dad's bags being stowed under his wheelchair by a new Delta employee and her forgetting that she had stowed it there. Well, a half an hour into their drive, Delta calls me, saying the bag was left behind. I call Mark in Dispatch (I think also the CEO) and he says no problem and gets the driver to head back to DTR and coordinates getting the bag delivered to the Limo curbside. No extra fee charged, no frustration, just great customer service. I'd highly recommend Brentwood's DET for your limo needs!

If you need a passport or renewal save yourself the time!…read more I spent a month in the attempt of getting a passport appointment trying 5-10 times a day. I waited five hours on hold only to be told you have to be 72hrs to travel to renew! The post office was a horrible experience at Detroit Main. The woman jerked me around for 45min, Took 2 photos which in end game were not clear enough pixel. The post office told me to mail renewal in. They do not handle renewals. My sister recommended International Express when she used several years ago. She received passport in three days for company travel. I phoned, got next day appointment which was July 20, 2021. The gal at desk was beautiful, kind, quickly handled my stress! I explained my experience. She took another photo in which looked like normal me, not the worst you could show! She told me to expect passport around Labor Day! Today August 18, 2021 I received my new passport priority express! Thank you for such a terrific experience! I am writing this to highly recommend the fee is worth the service! Professional, quick, no stress! See you next time go see Tracy Lezotte! I also stopped in the Detroit Main Post Office so they know who to recommend when they cannot help. Thank you so very much! PCN building next to Ruth Chris....walk in lobby, and walk past all the elevators to the end of hall turn right it is in the Travel Agent there! Easy to get an appointment, easy to find!

Recently through Cruise Compete, BC Travel Company made the most attractive offer to us on an Anthem of the Seas cruise. At that time, we had 2 other Anthem cruises already booked through another agency; but we wanted to try someone "new". And we are so glad we did! Donna kept us in the loop about price drops as well as RCI's increase in gratuities. We were eligible to lock in the existing rate by prepaying gratutities, which we did. Sadly, our other travel agent never contacted us about the offer on our other 2 sailings. In addition, our other travel agent never contacted us about price drops. BC Travel Company is very professional, courteous and prompt with their service. We highly recommend Donna for your travel needs. Betty and Angelo, New Canaan, CT

I had provided him the return flight information, flight number and airline for our return ride back from the airport to home March 22. I did not receive a confirmation text or email I texted the owner to remind him of our pick up and our flight number and airline. The flight got delayed three times due to the mess of the TSA shortages in this country/government shut down. Beyond my control. The owner was in Florida and seemed confused and was re-asking me all the questions that were texted to him. His comment was "I get a lot of texts" . Then he told me due to the second delay coming into DTW that he didn't have anybody available because they had to get up early in the morning for Monday morning rides. We were stranded at the airport at 3:30 in the morning. And had to make other arrangements. I had booked this weeks in advance of the trip and it felt like it was only convenient for them to take us to the airport but due to the late arrival, it was not convenient for them. They shouldn't name their company Van's express Airport 24 Hours seven days a week when it's actually whatever happens to be convenient for them ,regardless if you book weeks in advance a round-trip pick up. I will never use this service again. It was horrible and unreliable.

It took almost 2 months, but we got everything back but the pre-booking "sailor loot" the insurance company doesn't have to pay that to you as a cruise line promo. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team, also purchase the insurance despite the hoops-it was ALOT of money.
