The owners take safety seriously, customers are buzzed into the store so you don't have people walking in and out unannounced and it gives you a feeling of security. Additionally, you get a fair price for your items, transations are discreet, they also have a collection of items for sale and if you are a couple of days late picking up your items, they are okay with it but I suggest you give them a courtesy call beforehand anyway.

They recently lost a employee Friday who I spoke to on last saturday where I had offered to pay for…read morethem to hold my items till the Friday of the following week, she told me it's free not to worry about it and if I for whatever reason can't come just call and they'll extend it , well i guess she was fired so they now are playing the card that I never called even after showing the proof , luckily the woman I delt with today definitely understood my frustration , no complaints to her but the man she said was her new boss was very unprofessional and argumentative rather than admitting his wrong , he then called the owner nervously before I could speak to him walked away telling him a different story than what I was complaining about then put me on the phone with him who off rip assumed I was wrong because his employee lied to try and save his self and was also rude and of zero help, he then tried blaming the employee saying she never passed it down to them before leaving the company Friday which I replied that's not my fault that's hers , I proceeded and showed them the proof of the call, and I was told I made the call up, and it could be fake by the "boss" , I have this all on video by the way, which yes they knew they were being recorded so legally speaking it will be used , and when I said to call the employee he refused to call her to confirm that she told me to come today to pick my things up, instead I was told it's my fault , that she didn't write it in the system and that I should have offered money for them to abide to the loyalty of holding it ; even though in this call I placed with the employee that's exactly what I did and was told it's free to just come today and get it . So again employees fault for not writing it in the system even if she may have forgotten or got distracted with another customer that is completely not my fault and absolutely ridiculous!!! and then they tried to offer me a different hand me down system with zero games on it rather than the one I left with over 2,000 dollars worth of games with them , my items were wrongfully sold due to poor communication on their end, and to not compensate what they took from me ?! CRAZY.

My dad told me that in my mothers dresser was her wedding ring along with other jewelery items and to take it. My wife and I had no use for it and decided to bring it to the closest place we could to cash it in. We went to Cash Call Buy-Sell-Trade at 161 Main st Peabody. We met Alex. He went through all the items and placed what he was going to keep in one pile and put the rest back in the box we had everything in. What shocked us was he said the ring was not real and worthless but he placed the ring in the pile he was keeping. When he was done evaluating I asked him for the ring back seeing it was worthless. When I arrived back in Florida I went to Foshee Jewelers in Lakeland who has been around since 1953 and sat with their gemologist Harry who has been a gemologist for thirty six years. He liked the diamond and took care of us with a nice check. When I left I called Alex from Cash Call Buy Sell Trade and told him what just happened he said he never told me it was worthless and that it was a lab created diamond and he was sure of it. I took the diamond back in and the gemologist put it on the machine. If it turns blue it is natural and if it turns red is lab created. It turned blue. He then told me that Alex would definitely have known that it was a natural diamond and he was a fraud. I called Alex back and told him I have the pictures of the ring on the machine. He then told me they have a machine and he can't tell if a diamond is natural or lab created. Buyer beware. This business is going to screw you like they tried to do to me.
