I had many items to scope and price out upfront, and Tami was so kind and amazing. We had to work through several proposals before deciding on final services, and she always responded quickly with thorough details. Then, Tyson and his helper showed up, and they were the nicest people ever. We walked through all services to be done, and Tyson explained all troubleshooting/results well plus gave me options to decide from (like what color of weather protector I wanted on our outside outlets) versus doing whatever he thought was best like standard vendors. He had to run to Lowe's to grab more parts and did not charge me for them as they were "minor." He also discovered extra issues/subpar electrical items as he worked on the house that he corrected/adjusted to perform better without charging extra. He went well over above and beyond! On the invoice, I noticed an option to tip. I've never seen this for an electrician, plumber, roofer, or any type of home service. HOWEVER, it made total sense, and I tipped them 20%. He saved us hundreds in extra services/parts instead of nickel and diming. He also saved us from more future issues by addressing all of the non-perfect items he saw throughout the house. Afterward he gave me a tiered estimate to "repair what's wrong" with the highest tier costing almost $16,000. I called a two additional electricians to get bids. They both told me that my system was fine and did not need any repairs. I do not recommend Watts Right and will not use them again.

There would be a minor hourly charge. Fast forward and we need a new roof. I remembered that there would be a charge so asked about it after setting up the appointment. Yes, there is an hourly charge. Detachment took 1.5 hours. I was charged for a full 2 hours bc there was 'prep work' done. Reattachment would require new flashing and took 4 hours but it would reset the warranty. OK what I did not expect is that I would be charged 50% of the price of a new install. Just a fair warning to get a price quote before a re-install after a new roof.

Over the years I would see their booth at the home shows, and they offer even more options now for fixture covers that would match your liking for other rooms. The light tubes funnel daylight from a light catcher on the roof. The tubes have optional LED light fixtures that you can have put inside the tube, plus optional solar glow light for a nightlight. I keep installing another and another wherever I can. The installer will not install during the hot months because he says he can't take the heat up there, so plan for getting one during the cooler months.

After the owner came out to look at what we were wanting we knew right away this was the company we were going to use. He gave us great ideas and made us feel like friends instead of customers. After the lighting was installed they came back out after dark to see if it needed less or more lighting or if any tweaking was needed, most of all to make sure we were happy. We have a large community pond in our back yard; after the lights were installed neighbors on both sides have rave about our back yard and says it looks like a resort at night. The neighbors across the pond say they get more enjoyment out of our lighting then we are, and their guests always want to sit outside and take in the reflections that it leaves on the pond.
