She charged a few design hours which seemed a little light but she has been in business for 25 years so she should be efficient! When I asked for receipts she informed me that she doesn't share that information with customers. I suspect she received more money for her services than I spent on merchandise. She charged me $1699 for a chair that was online for $899. She said it would have special material and dark legs to match my furniture. When it came 6 months later it was the same as the one online! Now I am stuck with a chair with ash legs and the rest of my furniture is dark. She fails to respond repeatedly when I text her. Sent her a certified letter and she ignores it. She brought over some chairs that I did not like. She reluctantly took them back and charged me a 35% restocking fee. She said they were custom which they totally were not! I could go on and on but I believe I have made my point! Beware of this designer!

The candles and diffusers smell downright heavenly. The owners are great, too! They will gift wrap any purchases if you ask, which is a huge plus.
