Second, once the technician arrived for the appointment, he walked through the yard with me explaining everything he saw before getting to work. I really appreciated him taking the time to educate me on the issues we were having (a few more than I realized), but also saved me a few bucks by showing me how to do some adjustments on my own for the future.
