My fiancé got my engagement ring from here, we got our bands here and I've had my ring cleaned here and worked on. They ask right away if you'd like anything to drink whether it's water, pop, wine, or beer. They have a full bar inside. This last time I was here, Ed greeted us and got us our drinks. My mom and I had a glass of moscato wine and my godmother got a diet pop. They have a sitting area for guests while they're waiting for their jewelry orders. Heather helped me behind the desk today getting my ring cleaned and put small round bead stoppers in so my ring doesn't spin on my finger. She was very patient with me as I didn't know the address or phone number of the person who co-signed for my ring, so I had to make a few phone calls to find out that information. She was very nice and asked the gentleman behind the scenes who handles the rings my questions. He then came out to the front desk and examined my ring and finger to ensure the proper fit and fix. He was very nice and took his time to explain what he would do to my ring. He also said he could have it done this same weekend before I went back to Indy! They're very accommodating.
