This was my second time here, I loved my experience with my first time at this studio that I had to come back. The inside of the studio is gorgeous, modern but still warm and cozy. I think I arrived 15-10 minutes early, and was seen a few minutes after I sat down. My hairdresser was Ailan, and she is the sweetest. She was very gentle with the hair wash and precise with the haircut. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and she truly delivered! She did such a wonderful job, I'm really satisfied with her work.

The lady told me to go to the shampoo bowls. She only put a towel down but didn't put a cape (which I thought was a standard). After the first shampoo I could tell she didn't completely rinse the shampoo out before she started the second shampoo. She did the same type of rinse for the second shampoo. While putting the conditioner in it still sounded like shampoo was in my hair....and it was. And what really takes the cake is when I said I just want it towel dried instead of blow dried...she hands me the towel to dry my own hair.

I also noticed that their color products where "CHI" . This company was bought out by an American company but is not top notch products. Either way I proceeded to explain what I wanted and I was given a "quote" hahaha. WTF . I was told it was going 4-6 to correct my hair and was also explained a bunch of gibberish I didn't need to hear in regards to the process. I went to Tiffany's hair salon the next and was there 2 hours and paid 120$ with tip and my hair looks great!!!! Just take a look at my quote.
