Not a huge selection, but again, they are being phased out on the natural fireplaces. My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine. Sold us obsolete lighting components...you name it. The design pro said the difference between KBL and Lowes (same cabinet line) was the personal service. That has gotten nowhere. After fighting for several months we are still finding problems. Just the other day a self collapsed breaking everything on it. Their explanation "We have never seen these kinds of issues before." Unfortunately our one-time experience has been the polar opposite. We haven't even gotten so much as an apology. My advice...RUN don't walk away from KBL!

Was very disappointed working with Weber. We will never use them again or recommend them to anyone…read moreelse. Waited several weeks for them to come out to change one light fixture, change 2 standard outlets, fix a can light and outside lights. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:00am. The electrician showed up at 7:30 without any warning and while we were getting ready for the day. The electrician repeatedly engaged with us asking personal questions about our family and providing unnecessary details about the work he was doing. At one point he left to go get 2 standard outlets which took at least 30-40 mins. He finally left at 10:00 (2.5 hours). During that time he changed the light fixture and the 2 outlets. He forgot about the can light and said we needed to purchase a transformer (approximately $800) for the outside lights. Luckily, we learned from another source a few days later before we bought a transformer that the outside was a fuse issue that was corrected with less than $20. When we got the invoice it indicated 3 hours of work and equal to almost $400 (for essentially one light fixture and 2 outlets that could have been done in less than 30 mins). We called the office who did reduce the bill to 2.5 hours but the office staff showed absolutely no care or interest for our other concerns regarding misuse of time at our expense, undone work and a huge misdiagnosis. They were so rude! We called several times requesting to talk to upper leadership, including the owner but never got a response from either. Instead, they sent us a letter threatening a lien. Completely unacceptable service and price gauging!
