Thanks to Kim Bollmann with Emmer Real Estate for helping us sell our house, as well as the purchase of our new home!!!! Working with her was such a pleasure. She made our experience extremely easy. The process of selling a home was new to us but she walked us through everything. She was patient but also upfront and didn't beat around the bush. She told us the facts and what we needed to do and even gave us a deadline. This was much appreciated as I am a procrastinator. When it came time to find our new home she listened to our expectations and read between the lines to help us find the perfect home that fit our needs, style, and budget. The entire process was seamless. Her experience and personality are amazing, we absolutely trusted her insight, guidance and judgment. We could not have asked for a better outcome or REALTOR! I absolutely recommend her; you will not be disappointed. read more

Our Emmer agent, Kim B., was very honest and hardworking in her efforts to help us get our parents' home sold. Being an older home located along the freeway, it was difficult to find someone willing to put in the effort to get us an offer that was beneficial to us and not just sell-out to a flipper for cheap and collect their commission. Before even signing papers to officially agree to higher Emmer Real Estate Group, I was getting feedback that the team was already discussing the home at their marketing meetings. Kim understood how the family felt about selling a home that had been in our family for over 45 years and always kept us involved in every step of the sale process. read more

Matt was able to give the pros and cons to the showings. Tenants were hard to work with.( Not the right hours, holidays, not clean apartments, covid, etc.) Matt has enough connections for a variety of solutions which made the closing stay on track and close within the month. I feel that the banks are purposely not doing refinancing in this type of time frame because of losing money on higher interest rate loans. Matt was the third time around trying to sell and he got a buyer to the table, even after our contract was done. So, Emmer will still try to help; even after the fact of taking the property off the market. thxs Matt. read more

When my elderly mom needed to sell her house, I contacted Jim Emmer based on ratings and local knowledge. I asked Jim Emmer for an agent that would be able to work with her and answer the many questions I knew she would have for the first home sale of her life. Scott P was assigned as our agent and, along with others on the Emmer team, helped us find a solid buyer in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Scott kept my elderly mom, brother and me (I live out of state) well informed and we closed on time. When you list with Emmer, you truly get a team approach. Very happy seller! read more

Emmer Real Estate did an amazing job with both selling my condo and finding me another in a very short period of time. It was a tough transition as the buyer for my condo was very demanding and needed a lot of personal attention, and the owner that I purchased the condo from was out of town and not very responsive to email or phone calls. Scott did a great job keeping both my buyer and my seller very happy with his attention to detail and changes. I would recommend anyone to use Emmer...extremely professional and yet caring to all parties. read more

We called to look at a house on a whim and we were lucky enough to meet our agent Mike Koepke! He took time out of his Sunday for a showing last minute and then was still willing to sit and discuss with us how to go about the process of selling our home. Despite how unprepared we were, Mike helped us put an offer in on the house we loved, get our house listed and had our home sold (over asking) in a week! We never had to worry about a thing at any point during the selling/buying process!!! He provided us with and outstanding experience!!! read more

I would like to thank Jim Emmer and his team for doing a great job getting our home sold and helping us find a new home. Our home was on the market with multiple firms on and off for 4 years. Jim and his team actively marketed our property and we had an accepted offer with in 39 days at 97% of the listed price. Throughout the entire process the Emmer Team was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would recommend The Emmer Real Estate Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

When we went through Emmer Real Estate we had Mike Koepke as our Realator. He was very friendly, really listened to what we were looking for in a house and did everything he could to help us find the perfect fit. In one day he took us to see 13 houses. Needless to say, he never gave up on helping us. He even sat with my sleeping child while I went and toured a home. We couldn't have asked for a better real-estate agent that truly cared about what we purchased. I would highly recommend! read more

Amanda and I would like to thank you for getting our home sold so quickly. After months on the market with another company and still no offers we were frustrated with the slow process of a sale. Your call to us after the home expired was a welcomed relief. The marketing your company provided showed immediate results with qualified showings. it took just 46 days to get an accepted offer and we achieved 99% of the asking price. We thank you and appreciate your professionalism. read more

This is the second time we have worked with the Emmer team and with Julie Semrau. We highly recommend them! Julie is the most attentive agent we have ever dealt with. Any question or request was answered in a very timely way. As out of state buyers we appreciated Julie's willingness to live stream properties or show them to our children. She even measured a garage for us when the seller didn't have the dimensions! The whole team were helpful and knowledgeable! read more

When me and my wife moved to our Northern Wisconsin home, we put our house in Theresa on the market with another firm and got no results. When our listing expired Jim Emmer called us and we ended up hiring Jim and his team to get us results. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and the fast results. We revived 4 offers within 27 days and got 99% of the listing price. Sandra and I are very happy our home is sold, thanks to you and your team. read more

Working with Emmer was wonderful! We used Emmer to buy a new home and sell our old home. I highly recommend Hanna Overman as an agent! She is very personable, will fight for you as her client to get what you want, and she is always available (I swear that woman never sleeps, lol). There were 3 other houses on our block selling (using other companies) and Emmer sold our house before all the others! That's saying something! Thanks Emmer and Hanna!! read more

I never met the realtor in person as I was not living in the house at the time of listing, but the responsive of the agent was great. All of my questions were answered quickly. The house sat on the market for a year and half with no interest and then when we switched to Emmer Real Estate, they were able to bring in two offers, one at almost list price. Even with a difficult buyer's lender, the closing occurred on time. read more

This was my second experience working with Emmer Real Estate, and once again I was very pleased with the friendly and professional service I received in selling my house, this time within 2 1/2 months. It was a pleasure working with Gary Brussat. He was always available with a smile to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Emmer Real Estate was phenomenal to work with from the first time we called, to keeping us engaged with new listings, and finally finding a home within our criteria. Scott Pinzer, our agent was incredible to have helping us throughout the process as his knowledge, willingness, and personable character is second to none. My wife and I cannot recommend Scott and Emmer Real Estate enough. read more

Me and my Husband chose Emmer Real Estate for two reasons, one I know they have a solid reputation, and the other reason is that Jim Emmer is from Washington County and supports many of the local causes including the Slinger School District. During the selling and buying process everything went smoothly and was handled quite professionally and our agent was always there for us. read more

Matt found our dream house! We had gone through 4 realtors before stumbling upon Jim Emmer group via Zillow. After meeting and understanding what we were looking for, we saw 5-7 properties before he found the home we bought! It took the stress off searching so I could focus on my normal job/activities, without feeling like house hunting was a 2nd job! Highly recommend! read more

Kim Bollmann was great. She went above and beyond what most agents even think about doing. She helped me with the difficulties involved with trying to work around my schedule as a truck driver and a difficult mortgage lender. She wouldn't stop until the deal was done. She never gives up on making it work. I highly recommend Emmer real estate and especially Kim Bollmann read more
