The team that works, there has incredible integrity, and I appreciate that. They could've taken my suit in and rushed it, leaving it looking untidy, but they did not, and instead gave me other options. I have taken many dresses there and I've never had a problem. They were supposed to be ready on Wednesday afternoon. I went to pick them up on Thursday morning and they didn't know where my dress was, and the suit jacket still needed to be pressed. When she finally did call, she said the dress was in Santa Clarita and I could pick it up at 4:00. I ended up picking up my items on Friday morning only to learn the cost of the simple hem of my dress was $100! I have never paid that much, and I would never had agreed to that if I had known from the beginning but I trusted them from past experiences. Friends have told me that they have lost items and not to go there anymore but I've always defended them. Not anymore.

For my first fitting, I especially appreciated that she explained each alteration that needed to be done and why, along with additional info/details regarding the fabric itself, and how it behaves. She also provided recommendations for certain things, that made it clear she's very experienced in this area. The bodice on my dress had to be taken in a little bit, and Alice made a point of asking if I wanted regular bra cups or push-up bra cups sewn in. I would normally have gone with the regular cups, but she mentioned that the push bra cups help make the bust look fuller on the outside for photos, whereas the regular cups would make it look flat. It's the details like this that distinguish a good job and a great job. I absolutely recommend hiring Alice, my dress looked amazing and she is wonderful!

My wedding was nearly ruined because of the irresponsible staff at this cleaners. I dropped off my…read morewedding dress on July 26. Three employees promised to complete the alterations by August 4: shorten the length, shorten the train, take in the hips, and add a slit. After paying in full, I expected my dress to be ready on time. Starting August 2, they stopped answering my messages. When I arrived on August 5, they told me they needed two weeks and had not even started working on my dress. With only one day left, I gave them a chance to fix it, since I had no other option. Overnight they completely ruined my dress: they unnecessarily took in the waist (which I never asked for), cut the length shorter than requested (I asked to keep it long enough to cover the shoes), left the train unfinished and simply pinned with a safety pin, and made the ugliest slit I have ever seen. That was the dress I had to wear for my wedding. They refused to help or correct their mistakes and instead wished me "good luck," telling me the dress was beautiful as it was. They also kept my good hanger, returning the dress on a cheap wire one, poorly pressed the groom's suit pants, and gave my dress back dirty, with black streaks. Their shop itself was dusty and unclean; after trying on my dress, the train was covered in dirt and even hair. They did not return my receipt, and I had to pick up my order from two different locations because they couldn't manage to send everything to one place. I also want to point out the unprofessionalism: my white dress was handled with bare hands and very long nails, about 4 cm in length. This is completely unacceptable for a business that works with white and delicate fabrics. The staff was rude, irresponsible, and incompetent. Measurements were taken incorrectly. I would not pay even one dollar for such disgraceful work. This was the worst experience of my life, right before my wedding. I strongly recommend never trusting this cleaners with your clothes. They should be ashamed of such service.
