When I dialed the alternate contact, "operator", I was told rudely to hang up and call again at the same office. The same person answered the phone and put me on a recorded message where I was asked to leave my DOB, number, etc., and they would get back to me. I have not heard from them. Just dialing in to make an appointment is a disorganized process. The staff appears to be rude and incompetent. After reading these reviews, I can see this is an ongoing pattern with this office.

What an insult. Instead, his nurse notified me that I will be receiving information in about 4 weeks in the mail. This has just been an excruciating experience and I have really been suffering with gastro and colon problems and he was extremely uncaring, apathetic and unkind. This was a horrific experience and I felt like I was being examined and cared for by Frankenstein himself. This was the most uncaring, uncompassionate physician I have ever met. It was humiliating for him to not even and speak with me after the procedure was over.

Dr. M claims she never saw the actual lab orders to substantiate the biopsuly, which i believed, since it had been a while but i came home to find a packet of what i had given her in October 2017 and the lab results were included. They don't provide FMLA ppwk and I was given someone else's personal information, HIPAA breach. I'm disgusted, in pain and need a new gastro.

Showed up 2 hours before (6 am leaving home at 5:30 am) to find out they never scheduled the procedure after preparing all night and my wife and I having to ask for time off of work. Once all fell apart, went to their office to find out what and why, only to find that another patient arrived after I with the exact same situation. All prepped up and dc failed to schedule the procedure. No emergency with the Dr. was told he was out of town by staff and still not a single call from DC, the Doctor to check up, follow-up, or reschedule. Nothing.
