I called Navy Insurance and spoke with a young lady name Tania at the Cermak location. She was very patience and informative in the situation that I was in. She kept me calm and explained my situation and explained what I needed to do to resolve my issue. She advised me that she will personally follow up the next day and thats exactly what she did. I can be a handful when I dont get great service but Tania made it very difficult for me to get upset at her by the way she handled the situation, kudos to her. I have worked with this office for several years, from homeowners' insurance to life insurance…read more This time I was interested in getting a few more policies, I left a voicemail and didn't hear back, went to there website and completed a "contact me" tab on the site still nothing. I finally called again and spoke with Melissa who stated she was unaware that I had left a voicemail several days earlier but that she would talk to her staff. I explained to her what I needed, she said okay I will email you over some policy options that we can over versus what you currently have and bring your mother so we can go over her policy options. She said I close at 6pm but I understand you are coming after work and will wait for you, I get there with at 5:56pm the door was locked, I knocked a lady answered I explained I had an appointment with Melissa, she said have a seat, went to talk to Melissa 20 minutes later we are still there waiting....We walked out, I should have known after not getting a call back that customer service would be lacking. I will be calling tomorrow (hopefully there answer) to cancel my policy.
